Food shop, no car?

Hiya, I'm a FTM to a 9 week old baby and I do not drive.
I cannot for the life of me figure out how to do a food shop with the buggy (basinet or carseat).
Please can someone explain it like I'm a 2 year old 😂.
I am more than happy to babywear if thats part of the solution.
Asda have the carseat trolleys which I thought was a good idea (carseat clips onto buggy) but then I'd have nowhere for the bottom of the buggy to go, is there somewhere they'll let me leave it? 😂🤦🏻‍♀️
Wedging a basket on the pram while babys in the carrier is not cutting it anymore 😂

I would take the car seat attachment (this changes if you’re going to be out for more than 2 hours), and the carrier just in case. Unfortunately you’d have to do some bending to use the bottom of the buggy as your shopping basket. Some stores have the mobile device scan things so you can take reusable bags with you and then just load them straight in - try not to overload it or you’ll get overwhelmed really quickly! Pay at the check out and you’re good to go! Might also help to make a list BEFORE you go!

Always worth asking customer service if you can leave the base with them when you next go :)

Same situation if it’s a same shop and only a bag full I do it with the buggy if it’s the big shop it’s online order, I find also I spend less online than in shop x

I bought a hook that goes on to the handle bars of the pram. I can get two full bags on there and one underneath the pram. So I walk round and do scan and shop and bag as I go. Luckily our closest supermarket is only a ten minute walk and I’d go 2 or 3 times a week. It was also a good opportunity for little one to have a nap in the pram.

I’m not coping

My 5 week old seems so unhappy. I don’t understand whats wrong. She hates being put down. She sleeps fine for the first half of the night, after her night feed she spends the next 3 hours grunting and squirming. She will have a bottle then squirms and cries after it, but not always. I feel like i’m failing her.

Accountability/apologising/emotional manipulation

I guess I am not going incognito because if anyone wanted to reach out they could

Throughout my current relationship (4.5years) it has been made clear to me that i have a lot of unattractive and difficult traits. I guess prior to meeting my partner I just believed I was just how I was? I had never done "deep inner work" " spiritual work" "self improvement" i had done it professionally and i guess i had phases where physically i did better but ultimately I have been told and i do see a lot of it that i find it hard to say sorry, to take accountability, i feel constantly attacked and offended and any conflict does make me most of the time walk out or say i need space i find it so over whelming.

Im currently having my 3rd baby in 3.5years and my son (2yrs2mo) had a liver transplant when he was 7mo old so a lot of hospital time, also my partner had a long long history of drug addiction which he overcame but he has not worked 95% of our relationship, i did before my 1st and 2nd but not since my son was diagnosed at 7wks old.

Im asking for maybe someone somewhere for advice or a chat, i keep feeling like im a narcissist, a bad mom a bad partner, i feel like my family are better off without me sometimes YET i have always tried so so hard to keep our whole life together shielding my family from any outside shit and ive handled every prescription/appointment, i do 99% of the housework and cooking, im not in contact with family and i cut off all my old friends pretty much then moved 4hrs away so no social support

Is anyone hearing this?

Thanks fran x

Putting baby down

My baby girl is only a week old, so I understand this post may seem silly!
However, during the nights, I’m finding it difficult to transfer her back to her crib after getting her back to sleep following a nappy change and bottle. She stays on me for a good 20-30mins (if not, sometimes longer) after her feed so I know she’s in a deep sleep. As soon as I move her to her crib, she wakes up immediately and cries. My heart absolutely aches for her because I love the contact naps, but last night I could feel myself nodding off with her on my chest so I know I can’t safely allow her to do it during the night. During the day she’s absolutely fine. Does anyone have any advice on what may help, please?
She hates the swaddle haha, my scent is on her sheet, I soothe her when I put her down…I’ve done pretty much all the tricks that I’ve read upon!
I know it may seem silly considering her age, but I’m thinking from a safety perspective and would appreciate any advice!
Thank you in advance :) x

Advice/tips please

My 5.5 month old only does 10 hours over night, if she goes to bed at 7 she gets up at 5. She’s ready to go to sleep at that time, but if she does the following day she’s ready for bed at 5/6. She’s transitioning from 4-3 naps but she tends to do shorter naps early on in the day and a longer nap later. I have to contact nap for every single one, and co-sleep at night. If I try to leave her she wakes up. I get no time in the evenings with her dad at the moment and I just don’t know how to get her into a better routine. These early mornings and 1 hour (if I’m lucky) of seeing my partner at night are killing me.
Please help 😭

Why is he like this? 😒

My partner does this thing when we’re arguing or discussing something that’s where he’ll be talking and tuck my hair behind my ear or run his finger over my face. He doesn’t necessarily always say somthing cruel while doing it but sometime does. The absolute worst part of it is that even though I discourage it internally I love it 😢 We’re both actively seeking therapy.
