We just heard the heart beat of our baby for the first time. It was magical.
But as per doctor the size measured as 6w4d whereas as per dating it should be 7w4d.
Is 1 week gap anything to worry about??? Anybody ever experienced anything like this????? I also miscarried earlier this year so extremely nervous.

Hi! I have a similar situation, except mine is about a two to three week difference due to irregular cycles. Since I have a history of irregular cycles my doctors weren’t concerned and had to give me a due date based on size vs following the last cycle!
We may have completely different situations but that is what I am currently experienced.

Hi Cheyanne, thanks for sharing, that’s actually reassuring because my cycle was irregular after I miscarried.
Thankfully my doctor is seeing me every 7th day.

My first born they couldn’t really say based off last cycle for me because i am irregular as well but i am currently on my second pregnancy and im technically supposed to be from my last period in June around 9-10 wks along but last two different ultrasound i went to two different clinics both told me 6wks also the appointments were a week apart last recent one i went to i heard the heart beat but it was faint. First ultrasound i heard nothing but i think i might have been a lot more sooner when i first found out i was pregnant this time around as i found out a week or two before my birthday.
In the beginning it’s not that alarming as sometimes the accuracy can be a little off . First pregnancy i was also told multiple different times of when i was due or how big my son was at the time . The smaller the baby is the harder and accurate the reading might be.

My first was the same exact situation she was born 8 lbs and perfectly healthy 🩷 I sure your baby will be healthy too.

I’m in AZ, too! I’m
Due 4-4! They said to me being off 5-7 days is normal.
Currently 15 weeks pregnant and have been experiencing awful back pain, not quite sure why my bumps not that big yet haha. Any recommendations?

38 weeks today and my elective C-section is booked for Friday 28th. I’m feeling really anxious about the delivery now that it’s getting so close.
I know everything will hopefully be okay, but I think the closer it gets, the more real it feels!
I’d love to hear some positive C-section experiences from other mums. How was your experience? Was your recovery okay? What helped you feel calm? And what was it like finally meeting your baby?
