My husband and I (my daughters dad) got married a few weeks ago. We’ve booked a honeymoon next month. We’re only going away for 4 nights because I didn’t want to leave our daughter.
She’s 2yo (+ 3 months) and she will be staying with my parents who are INCREDIBLE, very hands-on with her. She is with them two days a week while I work so she sees them a lot & adores them, and they her. I trust them fully. I just feel so guilty.
I’ve happily revolved my life around her. I work in a school, 9am - 3pm, 3 days a week and have school holidays. So I spend a lot of time with her
I’ve had two mums tell me they could never leave their child like this

No, you’re doing the right thing. Super important for you and your husband to have like that moment in the sunshine! Enjoy your life 🎉🌈✨❤️

Absolutely not doing the wrong thing. Leaving your child with people that love her and look after her so well for a couple days. Spoiling her rotten whilst you get to celebrate a huge milestone in your life with the love of your life. There’s no problem here, enjoy your time and congratulations 🥰

I’m going away for 3 nights next month. I’m a solo parent to my daughter and she’s staying with my mam she adores her. I’m genuinely excited! Enjoy the time off you deserve it
This is me and my little hiker 🥾🤎
We love hiking and we’re looking for some new places to explore in the UK!
Any other hiking mums on here with little hiking buddies? Where have you been that you’d really recommend with little ones? We’d love some ideas for our next adventure 🥰✨

Village life, will push you to open your doors wider ,literally and figuratively.
Meaning more people have access to you and your children, thus judgement.yes you will constantly be judged for just whatever. This is because this lifestyle is usually harmonious. But you will also live a little bit happier if you know how to live with people.

I think my husband has more faith in other men than I do. He keeps making comments on me sleeping with other men or chatting them up online. Who tf told him that other men were that interesting? I would sooner go home and play with my rose than I would entertain another man. Especially after the BS I've been through with hubs. I'm not one of those the grass is greener on the other side type of woman. I'm the type of person that enjoys my own company and would sooner choose to be alone than entertain another man. Men don't do shit but cause headaches and mess up your PH balance. Fuck them all tbh! He's lucky I'm still with him if I'm being completely honest. But let me just sip on this coffee.
