Low Papp A

I had a call from the midwife on about low papp an and to start taking aspirin. Has anyone been through this and can give me more info and their stories

Im 17 weeks now. I have low papp-a and been on aspirin since 14 weeks and will be on them until 36 weeks. Have been told ill have extra scans and ill be seeing a consultant and extra midwife appts.
A few of my friends had low papp-a and went on to having healthy babies x

I had low pap a with my first baby, she is now 7.5 months old. I took aspirin throughout and was told they wouldnt let me go past 39 weeks. She came naturally at 37.5 weeks and was born small but healthy. Towards the end she dropped in centiles and was born small but absolutely fine. I am now having a second baby and will take aspirin again as high chance for low pap a again- not yet got past 12 weeks to know for sure but will take aspirin throughout regardless due to the first pregnancy. It isnt uncommon and it isnt as scary as you think, each placenta has a shelf life but ours will just come slightly sooner than others. Low pap a typically means a smaller baby but doesnt necessarily mean this will happen, just a higher chance. My 7.5 month old is absolutely fine xxx

I had low papp a but wasn't told to take aspirin, had a few more growth scans as we got closer, he came naturally at 36+6 and weighed 5lb 13oz x

I had low PAPP A too, I had extra scans (which I preferred anyway) and a Doppler to check the blood flow to placenta (which made me feel lots better) all checks came out fine. His growth was even coming up large. I was on asprin till 36 weeks then got cholostasis (completely separate issue) and had a healthy baby no issues, he was 5’11 but only cause he came 3 weeks early with me being induced with the cholostasis. Beforehand I had multiple miscarriages and weirdly I did research and thought it was something to do with my blood flow. I took asprin early to help because I’d read that even if it wasn’t the issue then the asprin would do no harm (my mum who’s a nurse said this too) and I finally had a healthy pregnancy and no loss. I still to this day think that asprin is the reason he’s here today ❤️ my other miscarriages were due to low growth

Sex

Hey yall, is anyone else having a hard time being or doing anything sexual? For me it’s absolutely painful and I just have no desire to be involved in it. My boyfriend feels neglected and I wish there was something I could do to make him feel better, but even just the thought makes me cringe 😕. Not to mention the pain is excruciating 😣. I’m not sure what exactly to do to help myself or him.

Does Bd’s girlfriend deserve to know about me and his unborn child?

My bd is an ex from years ago. We hooked up in May and I got pregnant. He didn’t tell me he had been in a relationship with this woman since January, and says she’s in the middle of a divorce. Who knows cos he’s lied so much that I can’t be certain of what is or is not true at this point but he has told me she does not know about me or the baby, and disagrees with me that he 1. Lied to me and 2. Is lying to her. Do you think she deserves to know? I’m tempted to send her an email.

Money question

So my man ask me to buy a bookbag he was supposed to purchase because he didnt have money on his card. I brought it. Today im expecting him to pay me back when I ask him for the money all hell brakes loose. He screaming idc care about him and all this extra stuff. My thing is hes always had an issue with paying ppl back. But I said it before I even brought it. Like oh when u get paid I want my money. Am i wrong?? He was suppose to buy it not me..
