I work 3 days per week and my mum/dad has him as they’re retired.
He starts reception in September 27, so I thought it would be good to get him used to being in a setting so enrolled him into nursery 5 days per week 9-12 (they wouldn’t let me do any less days due to there funding)
As I did want him to go just 3.
He keeps saying to me he doesn’t want to go as he doesn’t know anyone and he feels scared & it’s breaking my heart! But I’m scared if I don’t send him he’ll struggle going to reception as it’s a big change???

Just because he’s booked in for 5 sessions doesn’t mean he has to attend 5 sessions. I’d just send him for the 3 mornings you work ☺️

You can always start and take him out if he’s not enjoying it. 9-12 is not long days, he might just be worried to begin with but actually like it once he’s there.
My eldest is in the same school year and he starts school nursery in a couple weeks and he’s very excited cause he’s been there to view and he loved it, makes me feel better about it because he’s also never been in childcare before.
Hi guys! Just need advice. This has just been bugging and I have a weird feeling about what happened.
My husband usually tells me if he has lunch at work or some activities at work. But this time, he only said he'll be home late. He did not say he went out with co workers or anything relating to it.
When he got home, he usually talks about what happened at work etc. But last night he did not say anything.
So he did not eat a lot of dinner last night when he arrived. I asked him the next day. Why did he go home late last night. He just said he was drinking with his co workers. Then expanded nervously that his coworker is moving to a different job hence they went out.
There's so many things going on in my mind right now. And i feel a sick to stomach thinking I don't trust him anymore. Anything he will say will probably be a lie. I just can't do this. I feel like leaving him cause I just can't live with nit trusting my husband. The sad thing is I have 2 kids and i dont know what to do.

I’ve always loved the holidays!
When I met my partner he didn’t care about holidays and decorations. Since we moved in together 6 years ago he started loving it which I’m glad he does now. But this years he’s getting on my nerves about the holidays. We moved to smaller place, we don’t have storage like the previous apartment. He’s been wanting to decorate since the beginning of the month, I tell him to wait for summer to be almost over and he says I suck. He’s been buying so many decoration and changing almost everything around the apartment, he came home with 3 packages today and bought a cover for our electric stove (yes is pretty, but all I’m thinking about is I will have more stuffs to clean). Tbh I feel like he’s killing the vibe for me, I don’t feel excited about decorating when he’s pressuring and buying lots of stuffs. If I tell him how I feel he’ll get mad, say I suck and say I’m killing the vibe for him so I just stay quiet.

BD has taken our 7 month old away for 2 nights and 3 days so that he can spend time with his family.
Baby has never been away from me for longer than 4 hours.
I asked if they could go for 1 long day rather than that lomg as it seemed excessive but once again there's never any compromise.

I start work on Monday and my daughter will be in day care, they said I can call to check in anytime, does anyone else do this? I will probably be calling 3 times (around when baby should be done eating) or is that too much. Just an anxious mom here 🙃

Nothing serious but I just feel my husband isn’t there for me anymore on an emotional level. We just had our 3rd baby but I went through a lot as she was in intensive care for a few weeks she nearly died, then following that I needed to care for her at home without any help. My mum is also currently going through cancer treatment having chemotherapy and soon a stem cell transplant so she hasn’t been able to be there for me as much as she would have (I know I sound selfish but I’ve needed my mum because of what I’ve been through plus just the juggle of 3 children). Anyway my husband doesn’t seem to want to make time for me or show me any kind of love and I wish that he would because I’m going through stuff. Instead he keeps saying that he’s been through a lot because he lost his job and was looking for a new job. He does have a new job now and makes time to go to the gym nearly everyday so if he has time for that surely he’s not as stressed as me? He manages to unwind every evening and have a drink whereas I’m too exhausted to do that. He hasn’t done anything wrong but he’s just not there for me and keeps using excuses that he’s always busy with work etc. Am I being too over sensitive? My self care is just managing to wash my hair when I can and I put a bit of make up on. I think I’ve just been through so much and wish I had a close bond with my husband. Plus he’s always there for his mum and dad whatever they want he does for them at the drop of a hat plus they’re here every Friday night without fail and don’t leave until 10.30pm. I’m struggling with my emotions and just need cheering up or to know I’m not going mad! X
