I see so many people with small babies using carriers completely wrong but I never know if I should say anything. And if I do, I don’t want to come across like I’m chastising them, I just want their baby to be safe. Would you say something?

I’d say yes to say something, but do it gently ❤️

If it's unsafe as in imminently dangerous then yes

If i was carrying my baby wrong I'd want someone to tell me.

I swear I've never seen a baby correctly positioned in a baby Bjorn carrier. Considering how expensive they are, the cheaper ones seem better for hip position
Just today I saw a tiny baby in a fleece romper in a carrier - it’s 24C here today and another baby whose head was before the dads chest plate in the carrier. I doubted myself too much to say something 😣😣
Hi all, just after some reassurance as everything online tells me to be worried!
My son is almost 18 months old and still doesn’t say any proper words. He literally says “Ga” to everything.
He does respond to his name, points, waves, follows most commands (like “bring me the ball”..etc).
Should I be worried he’s not speaking yet, or have others experienced this and their children were just later developing speech?

My little girl is 1 next week and has been completely off, she’s screamed for 2.5 hours last night before bed only to sleep for 2.5hpurs and wake up at 11:15-1:50. She woke up this morning at 8:45 and was awake but looked so tired bless her. I’ve been trying since roughly half 9 to get her down for her morning nap, she’s yawning and rubbing her eyes but fully refusing, screaming, arching her back and shaking her head. She’s screamed that much she’s sweating. She’s got a couple spots on her face and a snotty nose. She’s just not herself. I’ve had very little sleep dealing with her last night and I’m also unwell. I literally could cry with her. She’s been so off. I went on my hen do and stayed away on Saturday so thought it could be maybe she just missed me but this isn’t right, and I’ve got no one to come and help just give me 5 minutes to have a quick shower and a break because my fiancé is at work. Any advice?

So my daughter goes to nursery and recently they have reported back about her communication saying it not where they’d expect. Has anyone else had this?
I’d say she isn’t too bad with her communication, she says a few meaningful words, she understands what you say and follows it. She understands gestures like opening and shutting when you say open etc. she points to things she wants.
I constantly talk to her saying the names of objects etc, show her book and name things in them. I sign a lot of gestures that I hope she’ll start to use.
No doubt the nursery are doing what we pay them for by doing observations, and I definitely want my child to progress. But I just feel it’s a bit harsh as I’m doing everything already that they recommend to build communication.
I just don’t know what else to do.
Can anyone help?
