I've just been so so stupid. I've had unprotected sex and I'm 6 weeks pp. I am exclusively breastfeeding but i know that i can still get pregnant. I guess I just want to know if anyone ended up getting pregnant after having sex this early on whilst breastfeeding?

I haven’t gotten pregnant but I would suggest getting emergency contraception and then maybe routine or other types of contraception if you don’t intend to get pregnant. It’s safe to do so as you are 6 weeks postpartum.
You can still ovulate even when breastfeeding and don’t get a period! Hopefully all is good!😂x

My sister did! X
Thank you both! I'm seriously stressing out but will definitely visit the pharmacy tomorrow! With my first i didnt get a period until he stopped breastfeeding completely at 15 months old but i just dont want to leave this to chance
I am 10.5 months postpartum and still breastfeeding. I have spent the last 5 years pregnant, postpartum, or nursing. We lost our first son during childbirth from a tragic accident. We now have two rainbows who keep me very busy taking care of them. Just wondering how long it took you to start to feel like yourself again? Did anything specific help you get there quicker?!? Any advice is greatly appreciated!

My child has a few behaviours that family have started to pick up on and imply he has autism. I see these as normal toddler traits, as when looking at autism he doesn’t have any of the social/developmental signs, it’s only a few behavioural.
He is very routine set, if you start doing something that routine will stick & he’ll have tantrums if you try to do something else.
He is fixated on wearing a hat, all the time even if if it’s barely sunny; and will pull it down over his face in any form of bright light, will often want to wear it to bed.
He gets very upset and distressed if for example, my dad pushes the pushchair when it’s always my mum that pushes it, or if my grandma holds the dogs lead, when normally my mum holds it.
Outside of these things, he has phenomenal speech, great eye contact, amazing at making friends despite being only 22 months, and has a great interest in food, music & a variety of styles of play.
I think it’s just total toddler behaviour, but I can also see he’s quite particular about certain things others may not be???

This might sound stupid, but everyone says you can't do any lifting so I'm really confused about how I'm supposed to get the baby out of the Moses basket at night.
Do you keep the baby on your side or your partner side and have them help?

Just wondering if anybody else also was disgusted by the thought of changing a nappy! I hate the smell and gag at the sight of it when my sister changes my nephew 😭 Any tips for how I can get over this with my own?

My 8 week old is trying her hardest to stand and crawl. Crazy I know! I don’t want her to damage anything from developing. I’ve been looking at a walker or bouncy chair for her so she has support when doing this craziness. Any advice is welcome on what to do!
