Are there any mums who didn’t actively sleep train your little ones? What is there sleep like now?
My LO is 4 months and I typically rock her to sleep. She hasn’t yet learnt to connect her sleep cycles, but she’s been waking up every 45 minutes for many many weeks now, unless she’s sleeping next to me - and then she can have longer stretches of sleep.
Wondering if actively sleep training is worth it?

I didn’t sleep train, but my baby (now toddler) just started sleeping through the night on her own from around 6m. I still stay on the roll with her until she is asleep, but I don’t mind.

I do did both, whatever it took to get her to sleep. The time she was asleep just naturally increased. In never really co-slept, unless she was ill, but I generally stayed at least partially awake, and would move her to her crib if asleep / well enough.

I didn’t sleep train either of mine. My eldest could put himself to sleep and slept a solid 20:00-08:00 from 8 weeks old. My youngest is 2, and still needs a lot of help to go to sleep, and wakes in the night.
Not gonna lie, it’s been tough. But I remind myself it won’t last forever, and they all get there in their own time. I can understand why people go down the sleep training road, but if I was to do it all again I wouldn’t change my decision. If that’s at all helpful!

I did (and still do) have lullabies playing for her quietly all night. That helped I think.

We didn’t sleep train and my 16 month has been sleeping through the night for the last month. Before that he’d always wake twice a night. During regressions it would be every couple of hours lol! I cuddle him to sleep and then put him down.

Didn’t sleep train and my eldest actually slept through the night straight away he’s three now and still does I used to have to wake him for feeds. My youngest also not sleep trained only 8 weeks and sleeps from about 9pm - 4am as I’ll dream feed him but he goes straight back to bed and I wake him up at 8am due to nursery run for eldest.

I didn’t sleep train mine and he would wake every 1-2hours until around 5/6 months lmao. Started doing around 3 hour stretches from there. Moved him into his own room at around 7 months and he started doing between 5-9 hour stretches, it varies. We still have some bad nights but typically he will wake 1-2times a night now.
Hes breastfed so fed whenever he needs, and held or rocked to sleep and has a dummy.

We did sleep train but not until 15/16 months as we felt (and he showed us signs) that he was able to understand what was happening more. Before that we co slept x
I’m new to formula feeding I make bottles up at home but when out & about I use pre made bottles.
I want to be able to make formula bottles when out so I’ve bought the Nuby rapid cool and thermal flask. But the capacity of the flask is only enough for 1 feed without refilling it.
Where can I get a larger flask that keeps water above 70 degrees? I’ve searched online but they’re all up to 50 degrees.
Thank you in advance! X

Hear me out, when I was pregnant she would always make jokes in the beginning and during my pregnancy. Saying, “oh this is our baby” and at first the way she would put it was funny but after a while it seemed possessive. So anytime she’s near him my skin crawls and when she’s holding him I can’t have a conversation with anyone because I’m so fixated on him making sure he’s okay. I don’t know, it’s probably PPA kicking my butt. Also I’ve stated multiple times he doesn’t need to be infront of a phone or tv because he’s 3 months old. Talk to him, play with him, yk. In return in a passive aggressive way I’ve been told that I’m wrong or “unfair because mummy gets to”.
I don’t know let me know y’all’s thoughts/ opinions or advice

How long after your c section did you get feeling back in your lower tummy? I’m 8 weeks pp still completely numb and scar is still quite sore and occasionally the pain gets stronger on the inside. Is this normal? Im concerned Im not healing as well as I hoped because it’s quite uncomfortable. Also periods, when did everyone’s come back? I still haven’t had mine but was bleeding for 6 weeks after the section.

I struggled with my body image during pregnancy so we stopped having sex pretty early into the first trimester. I had an elective C-section and at 7 weeks I felt ready to have sex again.
I am not sure if I just don't remember how sex was before but sex felt amazing. We have been having sex more frequently than we did before the pregnancy and I am enjoying it so much.
Did sex change for anyone else ?

Baby is due any day now and my first has just turned 3.
I learned recently that kids typically don't remember anything from before the age of 3 so I feel like all of our time and special moments as just a family of 3, and all he's ever known to this point, will essentially be erased 😭
I know it's not really erased. I know every moment has still shaped who he is and even if he doesn't consciously remember it it has all still imprinted on him but it just kills me that everything up to now, our whole life together so far, just goes??
Hate feeling so emotional 😭😭
