I know they’re all different but my daughter started sleeping through at 8 weeks, so my 13 week old not sleeping for long stretches is starting to crack me 😣 I’m tireddddd. He had a big feed at 12 why is he awake at 2 😭😭😭

I’m actually a broken woman with my 10 week old not sleeping. Bath bottle bed with my oldest at 7:30 but then we have been up 9:30,11:30,1:30,3:30 😭 last night was almost hourly. The longest stretch he has done was 7:30,11:30,4:00,5:00 but that feels like a distant memory 🫣

Omg this is me!
My eldest was sleeping 8+ HR stretches at 8 weeks, then would have a bottle and go straight back to sleep 😅 didn't know how lucky I had it.
My June baby isn't even that bad, he only really wakes to feed, but it's every 4hrs on the dot at the moment. Which doesn't even sound bad 😂 but by the time you've done nappy changes and fed them it's so hard to get that chunk of sleep yourself.
Then not even being able to catch up on sleep during the day because the toddler is awake 😅 surviving on 6hrs sleep but split into three chunks is brutal.
Hi everyone x
I am 4 weeks postpartum. I started pumping soon as I got home from hospital after giving birth and from around day 5-6 my milk started really coming in. I was pumping 3 ounces (90ml) even though I was only pumping like 1-2 times a day. So that was lovely. Week 3-4 I’ve started feeling low energy and mood and don’t really have the motivation to pump at all even though I still want to give my daughter breast milk. I’ve incorporated formula aswell now since I’m not able to produce much at the minute. Any tips on how to feel motivated to pump more throughout the day? I’m eating ok and keeping hydrated etc for supply but I know the main reason for supply is to keep pumping so the body makes milk but I just don’t feel like doing it. I’ve also got a 2.7 year old at home who needs attention and his needs met. Husbands at work. It’s just me and the 2 kiddies. My hands are full and I’ve not got time aswell to be pumping every hour etc until my husbands home from work around 7pm. It’s then the end of the day and I’ve only got that hour before bed to pump once. I feel like though if I had more motivation I’d definitely try to fit it in more. What are you ladies doing for motivation? Or have you got a pumping routine/schedule?

Was at the park sitting with husband watching our daughter play in the sand pit. There’s a big wooded bushy area next to the park. I always see sketchy people come in and out and a lot of homeless set up tents in there. And as I’m sitting there this women walks from the area crying and looking distressed and comes up to us saying that there’s someone in there who is stabbed and bleeding and needs help and her phone is dead. I quickly sprung up and called 911 for her and she takes me to where he was in the bushes and I can hear him groaning and asking for help and she’s crying trying to answer the 911 operator on speaker phone and i got really scared cause she said that he was cut open from his ribs to his belly button and not to go in the bushes cause it’s traumatic and luckily law enforcement got there right away. But a part of me feels bad for not going into the bushes to try and help him or at least show him that someone is here getting help. I was yelling through the bushes telling him “help is coming” but idk. The operator said to put pressure on the wound but the woman said she already tried and he was moving and crawling around. Idk I’m just thankful she found him and that emergency services arrived within minutes. But it was really scary. And although I didn’t witness the actual injured person I’m a little traumatized. I just needed to let this out cause it was not anything I expected to happen. :( I really hope they are okay and I hope they find who ever did this.

I’m looking to buy a new high chair and would love your recommendations! Which ones do you love or regret buying? 😂
My biggest priorities are easy cleaning, good back and foot support, and something that will last as she grows. Bonus points if it can adjust to different table/counter heights!
What do you recommend?

For the last few weeks he’s been having a hard time getting to sleep at night. He’ll wake up every 15-30 minutes screaming if he does go to sleep. Tonight I gave him one of his toys and bam! Straight to sleep. Is that normal? Should I be doing that more often?
