Momma needs a a break!

Grandpa is gonna be babysitting my exclusively breastfed son who doesn’t use paci, feeds throughout the night, feeds for naps and is attached to my hip! Any advice as this is gonna be his first time away from me overnight! 😩 I’m questioning whether this is even possible!

Send him with one of your dirty shirts and a pillow case. It will help with night time feeds especially because baby's rely more on smell and touch for comfort during the night.

Does he take a bottle. My girl does every once and a while but I had to go into the office for 5 hrs and she all of a sudden refused bottles for my husband. Try giving him a bottle yourself and then have whoever is going to be watching him give him a bottle while you're there. That's our plan for the next time I have to leave her with daddy. (I wfh but go in once a quarter).

My 11 mo old wont take bottle but when I put breaatmilk in a sippy cup shell drink it that way... she throws a fit at first and refuses but after offering a few times she'll take it! She strongly prefers the boobie! I also agree with sending something that smells like you, blanket, shirt, pillow case etc

Without providing any context I know it's hard, but my husband and I are in a bad place. I want to repair things. Please just check this and see if it's fair/makes sense/is clear about my intention?

Daytime naps

My little one is five months old and she refuses to sleep during the day. If we manage to get her down she’s either in the pram or after a feed. At night she feeds and then sleeps but wakes after an hour and a half to feed again or screams. Her wake windows can be over four hours long. I know that’s too long and I’m exhausted and emotional. Any advice would be appreciated.

Sleeping through night?

Just out of curiosity when did your LOs start sleeping through the night?
I know sleep regressions exist and each baby is different but wondering if there is some kind of average.
Our LO is 6 weeks and goes between 3-5h at night, aware there is still a way to go!

Naps in bedroom cot

When did you start to put them in their cot in their own bedroom for daytime naps?

Baby carrier??

Please can any recommend a good carrier, my little girl is 4 months old, I want one with good neck support so I don’t have the hold her head from bobbing about so much when she falls asleep if that makes sense. I currently have a baby bjorn & I hate it. I need one with good back support also!! Thanks 😊😊

Biting toddler

Please help! My 1.5 year old hasn’t stopped biting at daycare. If she bites 3 more times they are kicking her out. Please any suggestions help. I’m at a loss and I don’t want her to lose her routine. Her 3.5 year old sister goes to the same daycare and is thriving.
