Mamas of 4 month plus babies
How are we day napping?? Are we putting our LO in quiet dimmed /pitch black room or keeping day time naps in the light with noise?? Also sleeping bag or no sleeping bag for daytime?

Absolutely not 🤣🤣. Anywhere and everywhere. Contact naps, carrier naps, pram, car, bassinet.
Contact naps seem to be the only way. I Keep the light on and noisy. My baby does not like to sleep though getting a nap in is hard work unless I hold him!
If we're at home then sleeping bag, dark room, white noise and in the cot for naps but if we're out then buggy, carrier or car seat. With my first I didn't do cot naps until much later, she just napped in the sleepy head on the sofa for naps at home but it's too noisy for him and too much going on with her playing around him so we just find it works better for everyone with him napping in the cot 🙂
We tend to do, 1 in the car, 1 in the pram (usually whilst I’m at the park with toddler) and then 1 contact on a usual day. My little one just does not transfer for naps and will wake straight up if moved!
No, all of that for bedtime only for us. Get them used to being able to nap anywhere or it will curse you later on down the line 😂

Sleeping through night?
Just out of curiosity when did your LOs start sleeping through the night?
I know sleep regressions exist and each baby is different but wondering if there is some kind of average.
Our LO is 6 weeks and goes between 3-5h at night, aware there is still a way to go!

Naps in bedroom cot
When did you start to put them in their cot in their own bedroom for daytime naps?

Daytime naps
My little one is five months old and she refuses to sleep during the day. If we manage to get her down she’s either in the pram or after a feed. At night she feeds and then sleeps but wakes after an hour and a half to feed again or screams. Her wake windows can be over four hours long. I know that’s too long and I’m exhausted and emotional. Any advice would be appreciated.

Biting toddler
Please help! My 1.5 year old hasn’t stopped biting at daycare. If she bites 3 more times they are kicking her out. Please any suggestions help. I’m at a loss and I don’t want her to lose her routine. Her 3.5 year old sister goes to the same daycare and is thriving.

Is this common practice?
I know wet nurses used to be a regular thing, but breastfeeding other family members children? Maybe not common practice but what do we think?
