Hi everyone! My lg is 13 weeks.
We went on holidays to Bath this week so initially thought it was the new environment but after tonight I'm not so sure.
Monday she slept 4.t hours where she usually sleeps 6+. Tuesday and Wednesday she slept 5.5. Not too shabby.. Thursday night, she sleeps just under 4 hours and is then so.unsettled since 11pm.
Since monday she is leg slamming ALL night which was keeping me awake but tonight she has started to roll onto her side , gets frustrated she can't eat her hands in that position, cries in her sleep, i give her a dummy, rinse and repeat every 15 minutes when the dummy falls out.
Not sure if she's just having a super bad week or if its the start of the regression. I'm struggling as she's always been a good sleeper and I'm also coming down with a cold and my throats been killing me all day, so now i get to worry about her getting sick while feeling sorry for myself.
Wow that was a vent but its 4am and I am TIRED

I’m with you girl.
Won’t sleep at night. Doesn’t want to nap during the day unless she is being held or in carrier.
Last week she had also started moving herself around like a clock, getting caught up in the cot-bed and waking herself up but that has now resolved with a sleeping bag.
Anywho I obviously have no solution or helpful advice🤣. The only thing helping me is help from hubby with the night shift.
Sending you hugs❤️

I am with you!! The leg slamming 🫠🫠 14 weeks now and for the last week he’s been having sooo many false starts or waking after 2 hours 😢 I am broken 🤣

I’m having this at the moment!! My little boy was a great sleeper, now in the past week we put him down and within an hour he’s awake again and it takes an hour or two to get him back to sleep on and off & then he’s unsettled all night moving around, slamming his legs, crying out in his sleep😂 it’s chaos!
He never used to have false starts so I really don’t know what’s up!
Don’t have any advice just that I’m experiencing the same thing & hopefully it passes soon for you 😭🥲 x
We pay £20 a day extra on a funded day (10 hours a day) it’s £10 for consumables and £10 enhanced provision. It’s all itemised on the invoice and 25p an hour is nappies and 75p and hour food, my son hasn’t worn nappies for months and nursery have also stopped the morning snack without making it common knowledge but the price hasn’t changed. The enhanced provision they have said covers things such as using bikes, hi viz jackets, drinks such as cows milk, sensory play, painting aprons etc they have literally covered everything in suprised they haven’t charged for the air they’re breathing in there 😅 all of the above I believe are covered in the core element of EYFS and shouldn’t be charged extra for?!

This is gonna sound so fucked up but I honestly can’t cope with my 7 month old. She’s waking up 4/5 times a night and it’s driving me fucking insane. I have to be up at 6:30am as I have a toddler and my partner does night shifts so I can’t ask him for shit all. I’m finding myself shouting af the baby and getting really fucking worked up cos I can’t cope with this bullshit waking up every 2 hours. I’m honestly so fucking frustrated even typing this because it’s 4am and I’ve had no sleep tonight this is her 4th wake up. I feel so guilty shouting at her but I’m honestly losing my fucking marbles

So we have a groupchat absolutely lovely!! There’s this one girl sandy removed herself yesterday as apparently we were mean etc etc but wasn’t the case, she was judgy asf!! She was practically having a go at me cos my baby was in a nappy at 10 months and had a fever bearing in mind which I was trying to control! She said we were nasty cos we said an energy drink goes under your daily caffeine intake while pregnant said we were nasty cos one of the girls left her baby downstairs with his grandad crying so she could get a shower in peace, said we were nasty cos watching American horror story while the baba is asleep is the same as arguing infront of your kid, apparently it’s mental abuse! Then she went on saying that she’s hit a parent before on school grounds for there kid pushing there’s so we were just expressing our opinion then all of a sudden we were jealous!! Bearing in mind everytime someone said something she had it 10x worse or better than that person, someone mentioned they had epilepsy, then she said she had a brain thing which caused seizures, like she had to talk about herself 24/7 and not let anyone talk about there feelings or experiences, she was always lecturing us about things bragging about making her house spotless with one hand, she did everything one handed with the baba on her other hip, just wanted to post this out there as she commented on another post and deleted her comments and I just find it very childish to delete them, saying all this nasty shit about us then not letting us defend ourselves :)

then last night he has been breathing heavy and we can hear how congested he is.
We have tried using a sucker which works for a couple of minutes but then comes back. He is quite chesty, and we can feel the raspyness on his chest and back.
Will be hopefully getting a GP appointment today but just wanted to see if it’s happening to any else’s baby at the moment and how you helped them 🥹 He is currently sleeping on my chest because he has been struggling on his back and was so tired from last night.

Is this normal for the Maxi Cosi Pebble 360 car seat to rattle like this? The base is sturdy and all green tabs are showing, it’s just the car seat that feels loose!

Has anyone tried these? My midwife recommended vitamin D drops for my baby, and when I mentioned that he spits up a bit, she also suggested trying a probiotic.
I’m just a little hesitant because he doesn’t really have colic or a ton of gas issues right now. I know this probably sounds crazy lol, but I’m worried that adding a probiotic when he seems pretty comfortable could somehow cause more gas or discomfort.
Has anyone noticed any changes (good or bad) after starting probiotics with their newborn? Would love to hear your experiences!
