Overnight nappy recommendations?

My boy is a heavy night wetter and sleeps on his tummy.
He's 6 months and in size 4 nappies.
He wakes for 1 or 2 bottles and goes back down easy, unless we change his nappy, then he's harder to get back to sleep.
We've tried, pampers + and the pampers nappy pants. What are all the boy mumma's using for overnight nappies?
Obviously I'm not letting him wet through and I change him in the night but just wondering if theres a better nappy for overnight so we all get better sleep.

we use rascals. My little boy is the same he’s 4 months but rascals sit super high waisted which i feel makes a difference. We still had the odd wet through every now and then but they easily hold for us overnight 😊

I use pampers/rascals but also worth checking the size of the bodysuit underneath, I found when it fits, it’s more likely to leak.

Pampers baby dry. We feed 8x a night some nights (BF) and he’s a massive baby and no leaks. Check the size of vests/ bottoms as if they don’t allow the nappy room to expand it will leak

Millie Moon or Rascals. They work great for my son. He’s 6 months and in size three and soaks a diaper overnight.

Sainsburys own nappies have been amazing for mine!

We use lupilu nappy pants

We use Pampers premium protection the purple packet, these works do t my 6month old son who sleeps through the night. All the other ones we tried he’s leaked through.

Don’t buy different diapers. Just get Sposies!! They’re little pad inserts that you can add into any diaper up to size 8. They sell them right next to the training pants / pull ups. We used them all the time for our youngest two and they’re amazing. 🤩

I’ve tried pampers pure pampers snugglers, pampers amore, Huggies, parasol, Millie moon but nothing has beat freestyle. My favorite diaper for my son who is also a heavy wetter and stomach sleeper

Okay so I did not want to buy a separate kind of diaper JUST for overnights. My boy was leaking every single night and I was over it. I had a stroke of mom genius and bought cloth diaper INSERTS to put inside his normal diapers (we use Millie moon or pampers swaddlers) for overnight. Literally worked like a charm he hasn’t leaked since. And because they’re cloth inserts you just wash and reuse, AND they’re better for baby’s skin too so it’s literally a win-win-win.

No suggestions for nappies. But I ways found that changing the nappies and then give him the bottle gets them back to sleep faster than the other way around

Kit and kin, and also eco by naty!! They hold up all night for my little boy who also wees a lot in the night! They’re also super gentle and chemical free :)

Nursery consumables

We pay £20 a day extra on a funded day (10 hours a day) it’s £10 for consumables and £10 enhanced provision. It’s all itemised on the invoice and 25p an hour is nappies and 75p and hour food, my son hasn’t worn nappies for months and nursery have also stopped the morning snack without making it common knowledge but the price hasn’t changed. The enhanced provision they have said covers things such as using bikes, hi viz jackets, drinks such as cows milk, sensory play, painting aprons etc they have literally covered everything in suprised they haven’t charged for the air they’re breathing in there 😅 all of the above I believe are covered in the core element of EYFS and shouldn’t be charged extra for?!

Colostrum

Started harvesting my colostrum last night. I managed to get 1ml from one breast (could’ve collected more but as it was my first time I didn’t want to overdo it) but when I went to collect from the other breast I got nothing, only a little drop. Is it normal to get more colostrum in one breast than the other?

Maxi Cosi Car Seat

Is this normal for the Maxi Cosi Pebble 360 car seat to rattle like this? The base is sturdy and all green tabs are showing, it’s just the car seat that feels loose!

My 7 week 2 day old baby has been getting bogeys for about 2 weeks however in the last few days has been quite snotty,

then last night he has been breathing heavy and we can hear how congested he is.

We have tried using a sucker which works for a couple of minutes but then comes back. He is quite chesty, and we can feel the raspyness on his chest and back.

Will be hopefully getting a GP appointment today but just wanted to see if it’s happening to any else’s baby at the moment and how you helped them 🥹 He is currently sleeping on my chest because he has been struggling on his back and was so tired from last night.
