1st Miscarriage 😭

Just found out my 11 week old baby stopped growing at 8 weeks 😭 and a heartbeat which can be detected at 6 weeks was absent. 💔

We have a beautiful healthy 20 month old baby girl whom we are beyond grateful for but we were sooo excited to finally continue to grow our family 😭

Anyone still working at 35 weeks?

I am currently at 35+5 weeks. I have this week and next week left to work but honestly don’t know if I can last ! Finding it so much harder this time having a small child to care for at home as well. We don’t really have anyone who can care for my son either as it used to be my mum but she now has a terminal diagnosis to deal with and understandably isn’t her usual self… Tbh I had stopped trying when found this out so was a bit of surprise and not ideal… hubby is currently working 6/7 nights to save as well so he just as exhausted as I am… but god I just want a full day in bed so bad! 😭😂…
Is anyone else struggling?

Current birth rate is 1.39 children per woman. How many children do you have/plan on having?

I believe this is the lowest birth rate in 50 years.

Are you able to have the amount of children you’d like? If not, what is limiting you? Money? Housing? Location? Family support? Job? Partner? Living crisis? Other?

I am about to have baby number two and have always wanted 3/4 children. I don’t think 4 will be financially possible with the current costs of moving and living. Not to mention that maternity pay is shocking.

Having first doubts about unmedicated birth

I'm 38 weeks pregnant and woke up 2 days ago with bad muscular pain in my upper back. The past 2 nights have been agony, having terribly broken sleep, paracetamol barely touching the pain, and not being able to get comfortable at all.. I've booked a massage today, but it's made me think how am I going to be able to handle labour pain if I can't handle some muscle pain??
Please can people share some of their own experiences to support, or at least get me to think more realistically about pain relief if it's unlikely I'll be able to do it unmedicated..
