What are we doing to break this? I feel like every night is a struggle cause she’s gotten so used to being held. She’s almost a month old. It’s the only way I’m able to get sleep too! Help please!!

Have you tried using a swaddle? My daughter was the same way but we started using a swaddle & now she sleeps really well while she’s in one! She’s almost 6 weeks.

Dress her WARM!!! Omg I made this mistake for 5 weeks of just a short sleeved onsie and long pants. Nope. Put a thick full body onsie on her. It will make the world of difference. And if you think her feet will still get cold, throw socks overtop

I’ve had to start contact sleeping like the first two feedings of the morning cause that’s the only way my son will sleep after eating. It’s usually only about four hours total but he’s usually in a long sleeve sleeper that’s got his feet and hands covered or a swaddle he’s three weeks old and starting to not really like his swaddle as much but I believe it’s to small

How specifically are you sleeping? My son would only sleep on our chests so we transitioned to sleeping on our sides still chest to chest, then put him on his back but still against our chest, and then slowly inched him away. That being said, he was already about 3 months when we decided enough was enough 😂

I feel the same way! Just had my first baby 3 weeks ago and I feel like he will only sleep in bed with me or in his swing, I constantly try to transition him back to his bassinet but that usually doesn’t last very long before he starts crying again and then I give in and bring him back to bed with me otherwise I will get no sleep at all
Just want to get everyone's opinions on jabs for their babies. I would never personally attack someone for their decision but I find whenever I post about this topic I always get personally attacked for having a different perspective. For reference, we as a family don't have them through personal choice, and children are thriving and hardly ever get sick!

Is anyone else the other side of the 4 month regression? Looking for some light at the end of the tunnel! I genuinely don’t know how much more I can take hourly/45 minutes waking and my partner works 13 hour days and no family to come over so I can rest at all :( my LO also has terrible reflux which makes settling him to bed a long process too. I feel so sad and exhausted all the time and just want to run away!

Hi all, my 18-week-old baby is EBF and used to be a really good sleeper, but since hitting 3 months, he’s been waking almost every hour for the last 6 weeks. Usually, the boob is the only thing that settles him back down!
Has anyone used professional help or tried any of the many sleep-training courses out there? Did they work? Is my LO too young for sleep training?
Any advice would be hugely appreciated. I’m absolutely exhausted!

Hello!
Has anyone looked into whether or not it is safe to use weight loss medication whilst breastfeeding? I only breastfeed 10:30pm-5am as she is on cows milk in the day.
I cannot seem to shift weight, I think I’m exhausted, sleep deprived and probably not eating the best.

I’m using mam bottles but I’m unsure how good they actually are when it comes to wind. My daughters trapped wind is awful and I’m worried the bottles aren’t helping
