For ebf mumma how did you know you were loosing your supply I pump like once a day maybe had to switch from my wearables to a manual hand pump due to my wearables only giving me foremilk after a 30 mins session and not a whole lot of it but even with my hand pump I’ve gone from getting 4/5oz to barely getting 2oz

Is your baby still having enough wet and dirty nappies? Are they content at the breast and after feeding? Is their weight stable? If so, then your supply is fine.
Try and pump at a similar time each day if you can and make sure the flange you are using is the correct size. You could look into borrowing a hospital grade wall pump from your local pump library if one is available.

I only pump and went from pumping about 8 times a day for the first few weeks , to 2 - 4 times a day because of oversupply. I knew I was losing my supply because I stopped leaking everywhere all the time which hadn't happened up until I decided to slow down. I got really frustrated with the process and alot of extra in the freezer, so went from pumping up to 8 times a day, to max twice and my body then would produce maybe max 5oz in a sitting vs. 11oz which freaked me right out. I then just power pumped for the next two weeks, 4 times a day consistently, and noticed my output slowly coming back up. The good news is it gave me balance. I'm not walking around leaking, waking up to milk soaked bed sheets, or having to constantly switch out my nipple pads.
This may sound silly, but I’m a FTM so any advice would be appreciated 🥹
My baby is 11 days old, and at some point I would like to start going out more but I’m confused how the bottles will be sterile in a bag, I currently use the Tommee Tippee bottles and the Tommee Tippee UV steriliser but I read once they are out the steriliser they aren’t sterile anymore? Maybe I’m misunderstanding it. Just wanted some advice on what other people do 😊

We’re in the gutter of the 4 month regression. My son wakes up ever hour at night screaming. We cosleep and that has made zero difference. He doesn’t always wake up to eat sometimes he just wants us to walk him. I feel like im going insane havent slept in three weeks now. During the day he only does contact naps. Next week im going to try to get to stop doing the contact naps but im terrified that hes going to go crazy and sleep will be even worse. I’m going to do the Ferber method week. I need encouragement and tips and tricks if you have any!

I've been looking at getting a baby clementoni disney projector for my little man's 1st birthday coming up in November. I didn't realise until I went into smyths that there's actually 2 versions. I was just wondering what the differences are and how did your little ones take to them?

The egg shows its 21.8 degrees in this bedroom.
She’s in a footed sleepsuit and a 1 tog sleepsuit. Is this ok? She feels warm but not clamming.
She’s 10 weeks old and on antibiotics for a viral infection, so I’m second guessing everything.
