Just had a baby 4 weeks ago, my partner who is now telling me he has been unhappy for years and that we aren’t together is talking to a girl i know.
We have been rocky but surely if we weren’t together he wouldn’t want more kids?
I lost one 2 years ago and got pregnant again in January. We also have a 4 year old.
We have a mortgage but I can’t live with someone who is now calling me crazy when I knew something was going on weeks ago with this girl and he denied it and made me out to be crazy. I called him out when I found messages 6 weeks ago and he got aggressive and defensiv, said it was nothing and I had nothing to worry about. I asked again and he has admitted talking to her. This is not what I want from a relationship, I have also had to record his bad behaviour and the way he talks to me because it’s so disrespectful.
What do I do? Any advice would be much appreciated.

Can you leave him? Do you have family who can support you?
You’re freshly postpartum and he should be doing everything to support you, sounds like he’s gaslighting you.
I have support from family and friends but nowhere I can go and he has the finances. My daughter has also started school so I can’t really leave my home. Just disappointed he has been doing this at the end of my pregnancy and now with a newborn
and just tonight he messaged someone on tinder, tried to go to the strip club with a friend and called some place at 1:30 for a massage
Need some validation or something cause I feel crazy

Does anybody have any experience being on this antidepressant for their anxiety? I’ve been offered it by my GP and am in the process of thinking about it before I go back with my decision.

Finding it super difficult to make mum friends at the moment! My little boy is nearly 10 months and I haven’t succeeded in anything more than a few messages or if I talk to people in person at a baby class, it’s just a quick small-talk convo and it never goes anywhere! Feeling a bit deflated because I’d love to have a small group of like minded mums to chat to as none of my friends are in the same stage of life as me ❤️
Sorry to sound mopey, just feeling a bit lonely!
