I think week 7 is meant to be worst week and then it should start to clear! My baby was covered!

Are you breastfeeding at all? Putting some breastmilk on it can help it clear up

This looks like an allergy. Not acne.

Milk, laundry detergent, a lotion or perfume you use,

I would see a provider in person to properly diagnose this and rule out other causes

That looks like a newborn rash. I think after 2 months it got better for us. Oatmeal baths really helped my kiddos.

Hi, I had it initially with my baby on his neck and chest area, was told to avoid putting any cream or oil, it did clear up on its own.

My little one also has baby acne. He is 6 weeks and it is supposed to peak at this age, it is supposed to clear on its own in time xx

If you’re breastfeeding, cut all dairy for at least 2 weeks and see if that helps! As Ali said above change laundry detergents and lotions etc.
