Moms how are we doing this alone? I was doing great for the first 3 months. Had a great baby and was living in pure peace. Now I feel like I’m doing everything wrong. My baby won’t sleep. I’m touched out but I’m Ebf. Bay refuses any kind of bottle or paci. My baby’s father is non existent even though he promised he’d be around. All I do is cry bc I’m so exhausted between the no sleep the fussy baby who also isn’t sleeping and trying to work😭

it’s so hard isn’t it! my daughter still doesn’t sleep well 🥱🥺 please don’t feel like you’re doing anything wrong! this is completely normal, although frustrating, behaviour from a baby and no one is meant to be taking all of this on alone so it is an impossible task! my biggest piece of advice is to get out and about. nice walks where baby can look up at the trees and the sky, fall asleep with some fresh air. then when baby is asleep you can sit and enjoy the peace and nature yourself. it is also great to keep your house clean as you’re not in it all day trashing the place! 😂 tommee tippee dummy is supposed to be very breast-like and accepted by a lot of EBF babies if you wanted to give that a go, or my daughter only takes the MAM ones. it sounds silly but ‘romanticising’ my life changed everything for me. realising how lucky i am even on the hard days, enjoying the domestic side of life with cleaning and cooking for baby. it made me more appreciative and therefore more resilient xx
How many times a month in the first year postpartum do you and your husband have sex? (Trying to figure out what the normal range is for partners with a baby!)

Hi all, does anyone have recommendations for a good nappy for nights? 3 month old is sleeping in good stretches but nappies can’t keep up. Tried Aldi and pampers and now on Sainsbury’s and they are great in day but not at night?! Thanks so much

My three month old cries before every nap. He’s fine in the night when fed to sleep, but before every single day nap there is 5-25 minutes of crying. We follow wake windows as best we can but it doesn’t seem to matter whether he’s awake one hour or three hours!
Did anyone else have this, and has come out the other side?

If your partner didn’t force you to go to bed at a certain time, but got annoyed if you went to bed before he was ready or wanted to stay down for longer when he wants to go to bed, would that be considered controlling? Seeing as there’s no forcing involved just getting annoyed by it?

Hey! I’m really interested to hear people’s thoughts/experiences with swaddling for newborns? I’ve heard it’s supposed to be great to keep them relaxed etc but also was told yesterday it’s not a method that they use anymore which is completely new to me!! Any thoughts?

My 6 week old has always slept generally well until about 4am when he starts grunting and crying etc in his sleep struggling with wind. It’s getting so bad he’s screaming in his sleep. We soothe him and then he’ll start again 10 mins later. The only thing that seems to help is laying him on us which obviously isn’t ideal for sleeping.
Any suggestions on anything to help? We’re using gripe water atm but not seeing a significant difference!
