I’m feeling quite guilty.. I’m exclusively breastfeeding and my baby is 10 weeks now, my husband is in the navy also which means me and baby alone most night. I’ve found myself just ending up co sleeping just because it happens, I feed then fall asleep and that’s how I sleep. When he was smaller and a new born or if me or if me and my husband are both in the bed I always prefer him and feel better with him in the next to me but when it’s just me is it okay to co sleep. Any tips on how to stay safe? I feel guilty because all my family hate it and the idea of it and I do too but non of them have ever breastfed.

Follow the happy cosleeper on Instagram. She has tonnes of free advice and info on safe co and chest sleeping.
Perfectly biologically normal thing to do.
2.5years later and ‘still’ cosleeping. Big family floor bed is the way forward imo!
Also google safe sleep 7.

Co slept with all my children its very hard not to fall asleep with them when ur breastfeeding " you always no thier there I always wake up with a sore arm cause thr position wee lay ' I just make sure theres nothing that can sweat her and make her too warm ' and block off any areas that's unsafe ' my youngest is 6 week old atm x
Has anyone else dealt with this? My 7-week-old struggles every night to pass gas, grunting and kicking for hours starting at 2:00 AM. It's making sleep impossible for both of us! Has anyone tried gripe water,or other remedies, and did you actually see results? Would love to hear what worked for you. We do have Infacol but cannot really see improvement.

When did you move your baby into their own room. My LO is 5 and a half months old and I have a cold currently and I'm just constantly waking her up in the night . Is it okay to move her separately

So I’ve never breastfeed I don’t even know what it’s like.
My child was in formula since day one of birth…
A few of my relatives have said that women who breastfeed have a smell on them…
Is that like a milk smell that they have?

Is it okay to let my 23 month old roam while I shower?
The house is baby proofed.

After lots of research, shop visits and trying different options, we’ve narrowed it down to the Joolz Aer², Silver Cross Nia and Bugaboo Butterfly.
We’re looking for one lightweight pushchair that is sturdy enough for everyday use, easy to carry as we live somewhere with no lift, and practical for travel too. We’d really prefer not to buy multiple pushchairs for different purposes, so ideally we want something that can work from newborn through to later toddler years.
We have tried all 3 and I feel in terms of sturdiness, Bugaboo would be the most sturdy, followed by Nia and then Joolz Aer2. Aesthetically and colour wise, I do prefer the Nia design.
Has anyone used any of these as their main everyday pushchair from birth? Would love to hear your experience and recommendations.

Does anyone else’s partner not get up with the baby no matter the time in the morning?
