11 week old sleep
Has anyone else's 11 week olds sleep suddenly taken a turn? He was going from like 9pm-2am between feeds and then again around 5.30am but these last few days we've been on 9pm then midnight then 3am haha you get the jist! Regressions aren't supposed to be till 4 months 🤣🤣 either that or it's a growth spurt x

Ive noticed some changes too in the last few days, not really in the gap between feeds but she goes asleep earlier in the evening. She also had 2 nights where she was wide awake for 2 hours 😴. So I’m guessing there is some developmental thing happening around this age and impacting their sleep! What I’ve learnt from my first is not to read too much into things this time around, whatever happens happens and in the end it’ll change again in a few days / weeks 😅

Nighttime nappies
Hi all, does anyone have recommendations for a good nappy for nights? 3 month old is sleeping in good stretches but nappies can’t keep up. Tried Aldi and pampers and now on Sainsbury’s and they are great in day but not at night?! Thanks so much

Crying before every nap
My three month old cries before every nap. He’s fine in the night when fed to sleep, but before every single day nap there is 5-25 minutes of crying. We follow wake windows as best we can but it doesn’t seem to matter whether he’s awake one hour or three hours!
Did anyone else have this, and has come out the other side?

Controlling behaviour?
If your partner didn’t force you to go to bed at a certain time, but got annoyed if you went to bed before he was ready or wanted to stay down for longer when he wants to go to bed, would that be considered controlling? Seeing as there’s no forcing involved just getting annoyed by it?

Swaddle
Hey! I’m really interested to hear people’s thoughts/experiences with swaddling for newborns? I’ve heard it’s supposed to be great to keep them relaxed etc but also was told yesterday it’s not a method that they use anymore which is completely new to me!! Any thoughts?

Wind at night
My 6 week old has always slept generally well until about 4am when he starts grunting and crying etc in his sleep struggling with wind. It’s getting so bad he’s screaming in his sleep. We soothe him and then he’ll start again 10 mins later. The only thing that seems to help is laying him on us which obviously isn’t ideal for sleeping.
Any suggestions on anything to help? We’re using gripe water atm but not seeing a significant difference!
