Ladies HELP ASAP

Please look at my tests. Both are for comparison. The one from December 2025 was the invert where I saw a vvvvvvvvvvvvvfl and everyone said it was negative but a few days later I tested positive. Resulted in MC. Not one of my recent tests ever look like today’s as they’ve been solid negatives. I have a good eye for Vvvvvfl. This how my previous PG tests looked when I had my kids too. Under a flash light I see the line!

What you did to get pregnant

Hi lovelies, I am trying to conceive for a second time but it's been really hard. Trying since a year but no success. Had a miscarriage too in April. Any tips suggestions please. I am 37 and really wishing to get pregnant.

Would you do it again?

I have had a rough ride when it comes to having children. But children is what i always wanted from a young age.

I found out I had fertility issues after struggling to get pregnant. I tried many things and many tests and could not get a straight answer as to why. I ended up going for IVF treatment and have 2 beautiful children. I have one embryo in storage.

I would LOVE to have a 3rd child. I always wanted 3. But I did not have the smoothest pregnancies and not sure if I should be happy with the two I have. But this would leave me feeling guilty about not using our embryo.

Pregnancy 1

Too much fluid
Baby measuring too big
Pregnancy related high heart rate
Couldn't progress from 9cm to 10cm.
Emergency c section
Very poorly after (loads of blood loss and a post operative ileus)

Pregnancy 2
Much smoother but started bleeding at 35 weeks. Doctors thought a possible placental abruption so I had to have the baby at 35 weeks.
Cord was around the babies neck so I had to have another c section.
Baby would not feed so had to stay in ICU for a week.

Opinions?

So I’ve definitely peaked and it’s now dropping right??

But does it mean I’ve ovulated or it’s still in the time frame to be happening in the next few hours/days
