Back to work & I’m barely holding it all together

Anyone else feel like they are barely holding it all together??? I just want to scream. How do we work full time (to be honest- more than full time while people gaslight and say we should be able to get it all done within the workday), keep house, and have time to be a mama? I just want to stay home and be a mama, but that is not at all financially possible so how do I manage it all? Does anyone know of any jobs that pay around 75K (yes- willing to take a slight pay cut if needed although finances are tight) that is part time, work from home, or simply clock in clock out? My milk supply is declining because of stress and my mental health is rapidly declining.
For context- I’m in special education administration.
Yes- my husband helps a lot.

Intimacy while pregnant

I’m curious how easy/difficult it is for you all to focus on intimacy while pregnant. It’s been harder for me.
I adore my husband, it’s just awkward being kicked in the stomach by something so fragile and cute while I’m feeling frisky. 😂

Husband refuses to go to couple therapy

I’ve brought it up multiple times over the years because we have trouble communicating sometimes and have been arguing 24/7 and I can’t keep doing that. He said he doesn’t believe in therapy and he’s not gonna go to someone. I’ve found therapist in our insurance and sent him some before and said we can choose one we like together but he still refuses and nothing is getting better. What do I do
