Edit: The day she finally sleeps through the night, I'm definitely throwing a party!
I know this might sound nuts, but do they actually want milk? My little one would wake in the night and initially, we were on autopilot to make milk and give it to him. Then I don't know what clicked in my brain but I just thought, I don't think he needs it, so I would just hold him until he fell back to sleep. Sometimes he would fall asleep really quickly and others it would take a bit more perseverance, but it turned out he just needed that bit of help and reassurance between sleep cycles. After a while of knowing we'd always be there in the night, he started sleeping for longer stretches and eventually sleeping through the night. We established the only time he actually needed milk was if he woke at about 4am but that rarely happened. I hope you manage to get a full night's sleep soon! š¤š»
Mine started sleeping through at 12 months ish but not every night ..
And then if heās teething /unwell/something else he wakes up so not sure youāll ever escape it š

My 11 month old ate her poo Iām think
I think my 11 month old girl ate her poo I went upstairs to make his brother ready for she did poo I notice she have yellow stuff on her face ā¦ Iām scared what will happen to her do I need to go hospital or should I call gp in morning?!

Switching to formula
I will have exclusively fed my 3 month old breastmilk in 2 weeks time and I think for my mental health I want to combo feed. Does anyone have any tips on this? I currently pump 7 times within 24 hours and would like to reduce that so I can live without having to pump every 3 hours. Any tips or advice would be appreciated. Xxx

Canāt cope with sleep deprivation anymore
My 9 month old basically refuses to sleep. He constantly wakes up in the night and like
Tonight Iāve been up 3 hours with him.
Heāll sleep in my bed but I donāt want him in here because then Iām just giving in and giving him what he wants. I donāt even sleep when heās in my bed either because Iām so uncomfortable.
I donāt even know what to do anymore at this point. Iām a miserable person from the sleep deprivation and incredibly depressed but health visitors and doctors are useless š

Baby chokes on my milk at almost every feed
I exclusively breastfeed and my little one is 7 weeks old, never had any issues before now but this past week he's choked on my milk at almost every feed and is gulping it like he's never been fed.
He generally feeds well, I alternate breasts each feed so like he'll feed on the left then next feed on the right side, but they seem too full for him and he coughs and chokes like he can't handle my milk flow. If i hand express beforehand so it isn't as full for him he is dissatisfied with the feed and wants the other side which is then too much for him and he's sickš« š«
Has anyone had anything like this? What did you do about it?, I feel awful watching him cough and he's spilling milk all down me which is not ideal when out of the house.

Co sleeping position
Is it okay to co sleep in this position with my 5 and a half month old? She mostly sleeps in her cot but sometimes she just wants me. Her face is completely uncovered and chin isnāt on chest etc. I know itās not ideal but she seems to sleep so much better like this than on her back. My arm is cradling her. I donāt breastfeed and she doesnāt feed during the night. Need reassurance that itās okay or an explanation why it isnātš„
