Google pelvic girdle pain and find some stretches/exercises on YouTube. There isn't much that's going to take it away completely but stretching can help. I saw a pregnancy masseuse and she was excellent, told me to sit on a stool, lift and rotate one leg at a time. I can't describe it well but it helped

Yes me too it hurts like a bitch I could be walking in the street next thing I’m crouched over in pain 😃

I am currently on crutches for pgp. Last pregnancy I was in a wheelchair if I went anywhere. I did the exercises but they did not help me at all. I would suggest going to your GP or midwife and ask for a referral to the physio. It can worsen quite quick :( They are now saying it is due to pelvic floor, not because of hormones loosening joints. I hope it doesn’t get any worse hun. X

So far I've tried massages, physio and now I've booked a chiropractor. Let's just say I'm counting down the hours till my due date 🤣

Well I guess, we all have to survive till the baby is here … i hope it gets easier for us …

It’s horrendous, I’m in the same boat and have a referral to the physio on Monday but can barely walk! And things like getting in and out of bed or even turning over is hell. I had it a bit in my last pregnancy (although no where near this bad) and it did disappear pretty much instantly once the baby was born, so fingers crossed that happens again this time. It is miserable though.

Yes I had it with last baby I go once a month to physio to have my pelvis shoved back together I won’t lie it kills but once they do it n u do the exercises they give u ya better off for it
I also pay private to n have dry needling in the trapped muscles
Speak to your midwife get them to book u in to a pregnant physio expert
Also avoid the pregnancy belt I was told it’d help but when I saw the pregnancy physio she told me it sets your pelvis into the way it’s fell out of place
Sooner u get in the better to have ur pushed back together n do not let a male doctor tell u to crack on its part of pregnancy because u should not have to suffer x

Also use hot water bottle not ice as ice relaxes your muscles honestly I thought I was going crazy but once u have it pushed and pulled back into place all the pain goes but u do have to keep ontop of the exercises but they r not hard n get a pregnancy ball because u have to do figure of eight of there it’s gentle on ya pelvis because its taking of the gravity u can also roll back n forth on it ur just not allowed to bounce on it
I'd do it all over again for that beautiful face. Meet babygirl Charlize born on September 16th 2026 at 1:52pm. Can only post her pics here cause Dad doesn't want them all over my other social media pages.

Hey mums, 20 days post emergency c section after a failed induction at 39 weeks. I experienced placental abruption and then developed sepsis after birth spent 5 days in hospital in total.
I was in so much pain and experienced a lot of trauma from the c-section including being on oxygen etc. Did anyone else experience anything similar and how did you find recovery? It’s been tough🩵

Had midwife appointment today, baby is 3/5 engaged! Currently 38+3. Hoping she comes soon but I know it doesn't really mean a lot 😂
Have a sweep booked in next week if nothing happens before. Never had one before so feel a bit nervous for it, whats it like? Does it work? I've heard conflicting things but hoping to get baby out before due date to avoid c-section!
3rd baby if that makes any difference 🤷♀️ 1st was born 40+1 spontaneous labour, 2nd was c section, so hoping for vbac this time round 🤞🏻 however have agreed to repeat section if i hit due date and nothing has happened.

I’m 37 weeks with my second baby. First baby was a vaginal birth (not a good experience in honesty but that’s a story for another day!), but this baby is breech and has been for at least 10 weeks 🫠 So I’m facing the potential of needing an elective section.
I am trying to come to terms with it, but my biggest worry is the spinal. Does anyone have any positive c section stories - especially any reassurance about the spinal is welcomed 🙏
Photo just so I don’t get lost 😊

Has anyone experienced their baby kicking but it’s so low and deep it literally feels like it’s in your vagina? It’s such a strange, deep feeling unlike the feeling of the kicks in your tummy.

not sure if it’s braxton hicks or just super slow & prolonged contractions. they’re not super painful just uncomfortable. I do get a hard belly during the cramping. the cramping only lasts a few minutes tbf then won’t really come back until next day. my braxton hicks have never been painful or uncomfortable, don’t think it is braxton hicks but idk🤷♀️did this happen to anyone else leading up to labour? is this happening to you now?
