Is there a 12 month regression?
My little boy is 13 months next week but the last two weeks have been awful with him. His sleep has been awful waking loads and wanting to feed. Fighting naps constantly. Is there such a thing as the 12 month regression?

Mate, there always seems to be a sleep regression haha. How many naps is your little one having? Mine’s just gone down to one, he was fighting every nap.
Could he go down to one nap at the weekend? How is he on the days he gets home from nursery? Are there any problems while he is there?
He probably could but he’ll be extra whiny by the time it comes if I stick to their schedule. He’s okay just rubs his eyes etc the usual but could tolerate it I suppose. Nope they say he is great the days he is there and haven’t had any issues 😮💨 xxx

Fed up
My 16 month old is only waking twice a night but for both those time she is suckling on me for 40 minutes and then I can’t transfer her to the cot so I’m in there for nearly an hour and then have to end up getting my husband to come in when she’s asleep enough to pass her to him, within 10/15 minutes of being in there he gets her down
I know two wake ups isn’t bad but being in there for so long is killing me and then because I’m so awake after that it’s really hard to get back to sleep.
The only answer is to stop the nursing back to sleep but she cries so much I can’t handle it, a few minutes feels like a life time 😩 I feel so trapped and fed up this is so so hard. I can deal with multiple wakes if she goes back down easily but this is torture
I wouldn’t even mind co sleeping but our bed is way too high and our mattress is very soft so it’s not safe and whenever we’ve tried anyway she just gets wide awake and thinks it’s play time 🤦🏻♀️

Second Night Syndrome!
Omg I read about this but my second night at home with a newborn I’ve never experienced exhaustion like it. Last night in hospital I was in a different headspace and there was lots of support available at night. I’ve gone home today and my baby has been on my boob for hours. I’m sore, she won’t be laid in her crib and I’m struggling to my eyes open. When will this phrase be over and any suggestions on helpful strategies?

Awake until 1am!
Anyone else’s little one just come alive at night time? I’m absolutely exhausted to the point I’m falling asleep during feeds. She sleeps most the day and then come evening she is wide awake, I don’t get her down until 1/2am every single night where she sleeps until 5:30am. From 6pm-1/2am it’s just constant feeds back to back and being very alert/fussy.
Any tips? Please tell me I’m not alone🤣🤣

Moving to own room
Have we put our babies in their own rooms yet?? I know it’s recommended around 6 months but I don’t feel ready yet. Can someone educate me on why we are supposed to do it at this age??
