Anyone who had placental insufficiency!

What have u been told?
When i was pregnant with my first, she stopped putting on weight beyond i guess 32 or 34 weeks so i was induced early at 37weeks and it might have been that my placenta had calcified earlier or if that was insufficiency but by all means my baby was healthy just small (but so am i so maybe genetics) but i still have so many questions about it that i wish i was informed about. But i wasn’t told much apart from the fact that it was best to have been induced early.
And during my second pregnancy i was offered aspirin cuz my first was low birth weight.
