Gestational Hypertension

They gonna monitor you nd if it high again they will talk to you about induction as you re already at full time .

They will monitor you however if you are 38 weeks you are past what they would call term and would sometimes suggest to induce after 37 weeks as it can cause complications

Mine became pre eclampsia after 2.5 weeks of gestational hypertension

I had gestational hypertension in the last week's of my pregnancy, I was in and out of triage 8 times in 7 days. Because my BP just kept going up despite medication, they said the best thing was to have my baby. I was already in for a c section but ended up having my c section at 38 weeks pregnant. I think at this stage it depends on your circumstances because the only way to cure it is to have your baby so it's just about weighing out the risks. If you have been monitoring at home and it has stayed high have you been going to triage for them to check you? I absolutely would be if you're still having high BP xx
