Early scans?

I don’t know where you’re based but defo if you are having cramps you can usually demand a scan and say you’re not satisfied/ becoming more worried.
Otherwise I had a private scan due to bleeding in the earlier days and at just under 7 weeks, the heart beat was there! x

No, unfortunately they’ve done the right thing, they would of ruled out a ectopic pregnancy and you have no bleeding, so 12 week scan is the next step unless you want to book yourself for a private scan… it’s rubbish waiting but there is nothing to suggest anything is wrong, pain and cramping is normal and as you’ve got endo could make it worse x

It can be normal for cramping, i had this aswell and sometimes still do. However my midwife told me that if i’m worried not to be afraid to call again as that’s what they are there for at the end of the day. For those early worries so if you are really anxious and feel it’s the way forward i’d say there’s no harm in ringing back up again xx

In my experience, if you are six weeks and no heartbeat, they will rebook you sooner for a viability scan. Request this

I was about 5 weeks and had the same, couldn’t see heartbeat etc but I too was discharged and no scan until 12 weeks. Everything ended up fine but I know how worrying it is. But I had awful period like cramps and also spotting, I have an endometrial cyst so yes definitely could be that for you too

They don’t really likely seeing you before 8 weeks, if you’re still having immense cramps then yes it’s a reason to contact your GP / EPU, though without bleeding it’s unlikely EPU will see you again until after 8 weeks.

I say this as a Mumma who’s 14 ish weeks pregnant, has a 2 year old and had 7 miscarriages so been in and out of EPU a lot. Chances are they’ll suggest you get a private scan xx
