Yes! This was me last week, also 9w pp. they went away after a few days, not sure what caused them but if you’re concerned contact your gp 🩵

I'm exclusively pumping and I still get cramping after every session and I'm 9 weeks pp too! I thought it would have stopped by now but nope!
I’m getting them maybe 2x week for few hours. Hot water bottle helps a bit but still painful.

I had this and my HV told me it’s probably my pelvic floor that still needs strengthening, I started doing more exercises and they went away :)
I had my 4d scan and omg so in love . 🥹😍 was debating if to get one or not and so glad I did .

We went for a growth scan today as my bump was measuring smaller(currently 37 weeks) , however, they’ve said she looks to be growing really well and currently weighs 7lb 4 which is apparently slightly above average! Would this be 100% right? Or has anyone been told that their babies weight is one thing on a growth scan and completely different when they’re born? It’s our first baby so have no idea🩷

How soon did people drive after c-section?
I know the advice is 6 weeks but did anyone go sooner?

My second baby is breech at 37 weeks, my first was a vaginal birth.
How long did you ladies stay at home after your c-section? I want to have the time to recover, but I don't want to be away from my daughter for any longer than I have to.

I’m desperate to start on some abdominal strengthening exercises but am only 12 days PP 😬
I feel good following surgery and my scar is healing well! I appreciate now is probably too soon but when did other people start on recovery/strength movements?
