Anyone have very achy legs? Don’t know if this is hormonal but my legs are super achy I have period like cramps and my back hurts a bit too. If this is only the first trimester can’t imagine the third one 😬

Feels kind of like fever pain? Or like growing pains?
Along with the other multitude of hormones that get released in pregnancy, there's another one called relaxin that makes your ligaments and joints all relax (hence the name) so there's room for the baby. I blame the hormone for the pains.
After birth the hormones go away and then everything tightens back up - I personally found that to be the 7th circle of hell but many many women disagree and say they didn't even feel it.

I get central period style cramps early evening time and in the morning i have lower back and hip aches! it’s our bodies adjusting to the pregnancy! hopefully it will ease for a bit soon!
I had my 4d scan and omg so in love . 🥹😍 was debating if to get one or not and so glad I did .

We went for a growth scan today as my bump was measuring smaller(currently 37 weeks) , however, they’ve said she looks to be growing really well and currently weighs 7lb 4 which is apparently slightly above average! Would this be 100% right? Or has anyone been told that their babies weight is one thing on a growth scan and completely different when they’re born? It’s our first baby so have no idea🩷

How soon did people drive after c-section?
I know the advice is 6 weeks but did anyone go sooner?

My second baby is breech at 37 weeks, my first was a vaginal birth.
How long did you ladies stay at home after your c-section? I want to have the time to recover, but I don't want to be away from my daughter for any longer than I have to.

I’m desperate to start on some abdominal strengthening exercises but am only 12 days PP 😬
I feel good following surgery and my scar is healing well! I appreciate now is probably too soon but when did other people start on recovery/strength movements?
