So I’m currently 7 weeks and 1 day, I had a scan about a week ago so I would’ve been 6 weeks and 3 days, the crl was 7.0mm and there was possible cardiac activity detected. I’ve seen scans around the same time as me with bigger babies and clear heartbeats. I’m so so paranoid that the next scan isn’t gonna be good news as I expected to see a heartbeat at my last one.
Can anyone share their experiences if they’ve had similar? It’s my first pregnancy and until I see a heartbeat my mind just won’t settle. Here’s my recent scan picture

I felt like that. I had a scan at 6+1 and seen on the yolk sac they weren't sure if the pregnancy was viable but I had a rescan and everything was fine 9 weeks now and so far so good lol. I was panicking because I had an earlier scan with my first and she actually looked like a little baby blob 😂 but you might just not be as far as you think

Mine was the same with my first pregnancy! Then had a rescan at 9 weeks and all was okay xx
Arrived 01/10/2026 via elective c-section at 38 weeks. 8lb 8oz of pure scrumminess 🩵

Did anyone else have an epidural that only worked on one side of their body? My left side went numb but my right side was staying to party.
I could also still move both limbs and walk immediately after birth. I raised it to the anaesthetist at the time and increased the dose/rotated me like a chicken, but we agreed for me to just power through rather than wait any longer.
It’s our me off a second birth tbh.

So EBF mamas, I know it can take a longgg time to start back your period after birth. I’m 12 weeks PP and still haven’t started but I’m wondering, is it normal to feel cramping for like a week or weeks before actually starting? I’ve been having cramping and then no period, I’m wondering if it’s going to come soon or what?
And also does it hurt really bad when it starts back and is it really heavy? or not for everyone? I want to know your experience!
Thank you ❤️

Has anybody actually found anything that helps to make a B belly baby bump look rounder? I hate that I just looked fat all the way through my first pregnancy ( for reference I'm size 16-18) and want to find something that will smooth out the center line ready for maternity photos this time round? Any advice please?

My first pregnancy went fine no complications was having extra scans due to low lying placenta. At 32+4 I had a bleed so went to PAU and was told id be kept in and monitored for 24 hours but whilst in there had another bleed so the decision was made to have an emergency c section. I was told after it was a placenta abruption but they couldn’t confirm the cause baby was in NICU for 4-5 weeks. Im now 23+6 with my second pregnancy and have felt fine throughout, classed as high risk for pre term so under a consultant. I was considering natural delivery but recently have started to get the horrors reading up about VBAC. Would anyone like to share their experience?
