Hi, I’m a FTM and I’ve just found out that babies are supposed to have vitamin D supplements. My baby is now 3 months old and I’ve never given them any before!
Do all mums give their babies vitamin D? If so, why is it important, how often should you give it, and what type/brand do you use?
Should I start giving it now even though my baby is already 3 months old, or is it too late?
I feel like there are so many things I’m finding out about baby care that nobody tells you about 😂

Think it’s recommended if breastfeeding but formula includes it anyway x

To be completely honest I’ve totally forgotten to give these! I went out and bought them on day 5 after my health visitor told me and forgot I had them in the cupboard

Vitamin D is important for teeth and bone development. In the uk we don’t get enough exposure to the sun that’s why it’s recommended. We just got some from our local pharmacist they’ll be able to tell you which one for the age of your baby x

I didn’t know as well and when I was in the hospital I ask to a midwife if I needed to give any vitamins, her response was no. So for 3 months I haven’t, then after doing some research I learned I had too. I start around 3 months and all was well in the end. So start now and forget about the past.
I checked his condoms on Thursday and there was 11 (we don’t use them) and today I checked and there’s 10. We had a huge argument on Thursday and I left and then on Friday night I never seen him but I bumped into him at the shop and he said to come round to his house. But I never. And I never heard from him from about 10.30pm. He said he was asleep but he tried Comin to my house on Sat mornin but I wasn’t in. Fast forward to today there’s a condom missing. He has obviously had sex with someone over the past few days

I need some advice… my daughter is 3 weeks old and when I saw the midwife she said you’re not to open her private area to clean it just wipe front to back, as it self cleans however I’ve noticed some very thick white discharge and a bit of yellow stuff in the creases inside from where she’s pooped, I want to clean this but know it’s been recommended not to, how are we all cleaning these areas I know it sounds silly but I’m a first time mum just looking for any advice🥺please no hate I’m struggling with this as it is

All the connections Yet Not Connected. smh 😒 Adult new friendships seems to be for the birds. SMH. Just have to stumble upon them and cultivate them the natural way. Out in the wild (parks grocery stories or on cruises dropping kids off at kid camps for parent time 😆).

Does anyone wanna text that can actually hold a conversation? 😫 I’m 28, 3 kiddos and happily married. Just looking for someone to get to know, maybe it’ll bud into a friendship! I’m in Livingston, Tx but I don’t care about the distance because if we click well enough it could be a fun journey to meeting each other :) Age doesn’t matter either but I would like someone around my age or older lol. Message me on here!!
