Overwhelmed

Im not sure what im supposed to do! My baby has been awake practically all day and just wants my boob and im so fucking overwhelmed does any other mom know what to do?

I have had this happen a few times with my twins. I just laid with them on my chest and let them nurse if they wanted to. They slept a lot more the next day as well. After the first time I asked the doctor she said it could be a growth spurt or just a desire for comfort because they sense stress.

Oh mama, I am so sorry. That is incredibly draining, and it makes complete sense that you are overwhelmed. I remember going through this with my little ones. It usually happens during growth spurts. Maybe try to do something that you love like watching Netflix, listening to some music, and eating some snacks or something sweet

First time labour!

Hey guys, I’m due on the 20th and have seen lots of people say they don’t want inductions, sweeps etc, is there any reason for this? I’d love to know different opinions as I’m so open to anything, thank you 🫶🏻

Induced?

I went into triage today after having reduced movements after my sweep yesterday. They have offered for me to be induced tomorrow morning. They said my waters are bulging and that i am already 4cm dilated. But not in active labour.
They said they were gonna break my waters and try the balloon. I had a previous c section before and was really hoping for a VBAC this time: does anyone have any words of wisdom? Am i making the right choice in being induced?

20 Week Scan

Had my 20 week Scan today. They couldn’t get a proper view of baby’s heart so asked us to return next week, everything else looked fine. And I also have a low lying placenta. Anyone else have this?

Tell me what it’s like

I’ve had one emergency c section and I was under a general anaesthetic so I don’t really know what it’s like. I also didn’t really have any issues with recovery other than lots of bleeding for way too long. I’m planning to have another one with next baby but I don’t really know what I’m in for. Can you tell me all your experiences, how did it go, good and bad! I want to have my eyes open!

C-section date

37 weeks pregnant and still waiting for my date. Seems very common not to get the date until the week before the actual op but I’m getting fed up not knowing😩 Anyone else feel the same!?😬
