Any hr help?? I am currently on maternity leave and was working a 35 hour week prior to being off. I am hoping to go back part time doing 25 hours a week. Now the holiday i have accrued over maternity of 31 days plus bank holidays were on full time hours. So when I go back they owe me the full time hours for holiday instead of just those days. Am I right??

Correct as thats owed to you prior to you going part time. Most employers ask that you take the accrued leave before officially returning to work
Yeah that's right :)
That’s right, just have to also make sure they have the new work contract starting for when you return and not for now so you get all the holidays as my woke was trying to do that

Need emotional help!
I am a single mom to a toddler. My marriage is at verge of breaking due to DV.
Tonight I am just sobbing a lot. I have no one to talk to thought of seeking support here. Its just breaking me inside thinking what my child is lacking? How will I survive alone all the future and be a good parent? How will all this happen? I am feeling very lonely. Life has been hard. Its very hard to write here with crying atm, I feel somebody could just understand me. Any single moms advice pls.
