20 week scan

I had the same! They couldn’t see the face and the heart properly as the baby was curled up. I think it’s mainly a time issue, they didn’t have time to make me walk around in the hopes of the baby moving so they rather you come back and have another try. Try not to worry! If all the bits they saw looked good, I’m sure the rest is fine too 💜

same thing happened to me i go back next week because baby was curled up with their legs crossed couldn’t even see the heart or the gender properly 🤦🏾‍♀️ but everything looked fine and baby looks healthy, im sure everything’s fine with you try not to stress love 🤍

I honestly don't think they let you reschedule if they have any concerns, they will simple just run late for the next patient. So the fact that they have asked you to come back is actually a positive :)

Had this with my first, all fine and totally normal. I was nervous waiting for the repeat scan too.
