Late labour
Good morning all,
I am 41 weeks pregnant and still waiting, I had a little mild pain since week 38 , but still no sign of the delivery, my feet started to swallow specially the right one. Is this normal?
Anyone had similar situation? I am expecting a baby boy. The due date was the 1st of October but I'm still waiting!!

You're most likely to go into labour around 41 weeks for your first baby so you're not late! As for the swelling, speak to your midwife or maternity triage
I was due September 30th and also still waiting 🥺 it’s so hard waking up everyday and hoping today is the day and it not happening. I am also experiencing mild symptoms but nothing progressing just yet.
They will come soon when they’re ready. We’ve got this mamma 🫶🏼
Am the same due date 28th September still waiting, same Brixton contractions from 3 or 4 weeks, now l have daily monitoring and today 3th sweep.... hopefully something to happen soon as l don't want induction... l cancelled one already have another one for Saturday but l think l will cancel and this one.... good luck girl! Did you get sweep?
I guess I should stop complaining, I was due on the 4th🤣 these babies are too comfortable

Low lying placenta
Was told I have a low lying placenta at my 20w scan(5mm from cervix) and when I asked them if it was ok to fly the next week (3h flight) they were a bit vague so now I am confused. Has anyone been flying with a very low lying placenta?

Anyone else nervous to start buying things??
We had our private gender scan last week at 15w+4 at window to the womb and found out we are having a little girl! 🌸 after 2 early losses previously, I can’t help but feel nervous to buy things for her. My family are so excited and have already bought a few things. I keep saying let’s get to 20 week scan then we can buy things properly. Has anyone else started to buy things yet??

20 week scan
Had our 20 week scan today - have to go back in 2 weeks as couldn’t do all the anatomy they needed due to baby being so curled up and tucked away.. anyone else had this? Sonographer said everything she could see was fine but I’m stressing 😓

Growth scan results
Provider didn’t discuss this with me last visit and i just saw results in portal. I was 35 weeks last friday when i had a growth scan (i also have gestational diabetes) but it says estimated gestational age is 33 weeks with the measurements. It also says suspected placental insufficiency. But at the appt the doctor spent 2 mins with me and said everything is fine?? Anyone else had this and things were ok?? I’m now freaking out

How are we getting rest to reset the nervous system when you are alone with a toddler?
My husband is out from 8-530 and I am exhausted..
