I stopped going to be honest, they are super clicky and we just ended up playing by ourselves off to the side, so it made going pointless.

I didn't with my first and she was afraid of everyone. No kids interactions, etc. When she started nursery, she loved it. I started going to play groups with my second and it's more for the little one to interact with the kids there and thats it. She's definitely different than my first since doing so. I'm more of a lone wolf, but happy to have a conversation, etc
