Anyone have any tips to combat reoccurring thrush? I'll use the pessary and then it comes back like 2-3 weeks later. I dont use soap down there and if I do its just femfresh. I dont have baths cause I'm worried that will trigger it.

Are you pregnant? Hormones can really play havoc with the body. When you shower try to not have hot showers as thrush thrives in warmth
Highly recommend putting coconut oil inside you 😅 it works wonders
And forget the femfresh just use water and then coconut oil after nuertalises any odours
I use Aqueous cream - got a big pump bottle of it from Tesco for like £2 or something like that.
Wash downstairs with it.
It was recommended by my GP when I was getting them regularly. I since have only got thrush again if I forget the cream when going away or run out and need more. As long as I use it regularly I have no issues.
Don’t use femfresh. Get aqueous cream from a pharmacy and use that as your shower gel around the vulva area. Don’t put anything inside you , only water to wash in there. Eat Greek yoghurt (not Greek style). Have you been to the doctors and see what they can prescribe you apart from the over the counter pessaries ?

Returning to work
I was due to return back to work on 30th November but today I received a phone call asking if I would be happy to go back on the 9th November instead.
I dont know if I am ready or not yet even though its a few weeks early. It is a nursery setting so my LO will be coming to work with me.
How do you know when your ready?
Any advice on what to do in this situation will be great as I currently feel lost and dont really have much to say about it all because I just dont know

Sex during pregnancy
At what point do people stop having sex or it becomes too uncomfortable?
I’m 21w and over the last 6 weeks we have maybe only had sex once or time and it’s just to uncomfortable.

Moms who actually want to hang out??
Maybe it’s just me but everyone’s profiles are like “ looking for mom friends “ , i then match with people I think I would vibe with just for us to have conversations and it’s either one word replies or one sentence come from the other person or no questions/ follow ups nothing. The conversation is like talking to NPCs.
I try to have actual conversations based on their profile so it shows I have interest and we can get to the point of being able to hang out in person and sometimes I get completely ghosted and it’s just like are people actually on here looking for Mom friends or are they just looking for a penpals??
I would actually go and hang out whether it’s for dinner, Lunch, walks in the parks, Anything as I truly do believe in community. But I don’t know maybe it’s just me lol I’m just excited about this new journey in my life and want to share that with like minded women.

I am so damn bored I don’t have many friends and it’s getting quick depressing NGL lol I have two kids ages 13-14 boy and girl would like to find a friend that is available whenever and can meet up to do things like walks or explore the earth LOL idk but I truly need new friends :)
