Sex during pregnancy

i’d say stop if it becomes uncomfortable. i haven’t as it helps relax my muscles and releases endorphins which has really helped me but don’t do it if it hurts you or if you are wanting to maybe try different positions??

If its too uncomfortable maybe stop orrrrr slow down, lots of foreplay to help relax, ive found that lay on my side is a good comfortable position xx

With my daughter we continued the whole pregnancy just less then our normal frequency. Also hardly at all in 1st trimester due to sickness.

This time we had kept up our normal frequency until I was put on pelvic rest.

I will caviate it all with I never got uncomfortable. If its uncomfortable or not enjoyable whilst pregnancy progresses just stop or have sex as a when you want. There is no right or wrong but do follow how your feeling as its important to listen to your body.

Listen to your body and no one else!

Everyone is different and have different levels of comfort and libido in pregnancy!
If you still want the intimacy and pleasure then there is no harm in foreplay and/or masterb*ation.
Be open with your partner and just do what works for you!
