I’ve eaten deli sandwiches and wraps throughout all my pregnancies, I love a chicken wrap, just buy from a reputable source and check dates.

Not sure on the runny eggs sorry.

Runny eggs yes as long as they are red lion eggs...deli meats it depends on the type of deli meat, things like salami and prosciutto are a no unless you heat them up. NHS website has good info on what to avoid

There was some press about pregnant women being warned not to eat runny eggs out as you can’t know if they’re red lion and there was an outbreak of salmonella in the UK recently!
