Lonely
I recently left my partner of 4 years, I don't know whats wrong with me, i haven't cried or anything, but i feel so lonely, I just cannot get passed this feeling, I have had friends over but once they go, its back to being lonely again. Has anyone had this before ? What do i do?

Sometimes you can be surrounded by people but still feel lonely it’s usually to do with finding what is missing inside oneself
How are you coping with looking after LO? If you’re doing it alone that is isolating in itself.
You have an empty space where you were once sharing it with another person. Need to fill the time with other hobbies, new routine and get used to being by yourself. It just takes a bit of time to get comfortable again. You're doing well, step by step, keep going!

Hey everyone I’m McKenna my son was born in July. He is my first baby and I love being his mommy but I’m also kind of lonely. It was like once I had my baby people got excited for about 2 weeks then fell off the face of the planet. So I’m looking to connect with other moms who are in a similar boat to me.
