Loneliness

Yesss!! I have been feeling so lonely. I have my husband around, my 13 month old is fine. But I feel so so alone and empty. I dont feel like myself, I dont enjoy being around my family. My brain is just not here, idk what going on

Also feel lonely but in my case it’s bc my hubby chooses racing game/simulation or fishing over spending time with me. I pointed out tonight I am lonely to him and said he’s allowed these, but I have nothing to do and no one around except baby. He said about 5 minutes into a show you’re falling asleep. Context: that might be bc breastfeeding and wake up about 1-2 times in the morning to pump and put expressed milk in the fridge in the pitcher. We’re doing pitcher method of storing it. I thought this guy from work said he wished his wife had fed the same way bc it’s better for them and her but she tried and gave up quickly, so he said that’s great, and he was basically giving me compliments and encouragement for that which I think I only got after I told hubby that he said that, he said he agrees. As far as brain, I heard there is this thing called mom brain. You become more forgetful and foggy.
