No tips just in the exact same position! She did the first bit in her crib but now itās pointless but so unsettled even co sleeping š„² we have a dummy but thatās hard also as when it falls out I have to put it back in each cycle but she also wants to comfort feed every cycle even tho I put the dummy in š«
We had 2 weeks of hourly wakes from 1am the last 2.5 weeks have been 45 mins -1/2 hour wakes
Weāve had 3 decent nights but thatās all, 2 fell this week but I think itās just because sheās over tired and catching up
Itās so hard so just commenting because I know how you feel!!

Iāve got a few tips here, but also 24 hour sleep needs drop around 4 months by up to two hours so be careful of trying to get more sleep out of little one than they actually now need :)

Wish I had some tips but commenting to let you know youāre not alone. Mine is only 3 months and he is going through the classic signs of sleep regression. Weve given up trying to get him to sleep in his next to me. Even now when weāre co sleeping heās waking up screaming. He is waking up nearly every hour, screaming and the only thing that calms him is being fed. The dummy isnāt helping as he shoots it out every couple of minutes and screams so much he doesnt realise itās in his mouth. Havenāt slept in a good week š

It's probably more the teeth causing issues. Teeth takes weeks to properly come through, so with it going on for 2 weeks and teeth just cutting through, it's probably teeth causing discomfort for those 2 weeks.
Sleep regressions are just a phase, they will pass. Cosleeping does make it easier, along with cosleeping or napping when they nap.
You can try calpol for teething if they seem in lots of discomfort.
I am 36 years old (& yes by now, I should have known better, ik) and I feel like i made the biggest mistake of my life. I got pregnant shortly after meeting my 3rd baby's father. We were together 3 months before finding a house together. Worst mistake ever. He is a very narcissistic, manipulative person who thinks every thing has to be his way or not at all. The first half of our relationship revolved around his stresses (financial and mental) and he literally told me he couldnt focus on the relationship or the pregnancy until he felt like he got better. I had a hard time with that. Our relationship hadnt really even started, we had a kid on the way, & yet we werent working on our relationship and my feelings never seemed to matter because he was going through "worse" things.
Now his mental state has got better for himself at least (now that hes caught up on bills and such), but he still absolutely has zero empathy and consideration for me and my feelings. Has only been to one doctors appt over these past 8 months, never talks about baby or asks, & constantly stresses me out with him accusing me of talking to other guys. He doesn't help around the house at all and the one thing he has bought for baby, I pushed him to do it. Everything else, my family or I have got.
If I try to ignore him and go about my day without issues he'll blow up my phone and cause issues and accuse me of cheating. Like yesterday, I tried dojng something positive for myself throughout this pregnancy, tried having one good memory through it, by going out and doing a little maternity shoot. I never did a maternity shoot with my first two, so this was an entirely new experience for me and I was hoping it would make me feel good at least for one night. He couldnt even let me have that. Kept accusing me of being out on a date all night. He threatened to move all of my stuff out of my room so i didnt know what i was going to come back home to. Meanwhile he can go out EVERY Thursday and have drinks with his coworkers, and go to adult skating with his friends "for his mental health". & I get called crazy & insecure if I question what hes doing.
Im on this lease with him for another year and a half, even if i broke it and moved, I am 8 months pregnant and going on maternity leave soon. & there has been absolutely zero rentals lately in the area I need for my girls school district. He has his two kids on the weekends and can live wherever he pleases because his kids go to school while with their mom. He has less stuff than I do. Yet he refuses to make anything easy on me. He wont move and is constantly starting petty arguments , such as food my kids eat that he buys. They are teens and sometimes sneak food, who didnt at their age? & the food is literally a few dollars.
I just feel so damn stuck and unhappy. Idk what to do anymore š« I feel horrible for how much I changed up my kids lives. I was so stable and independent before I met him.
Idk what I expect to get out of this post, but just needed to rant cus I have absolutely zero people to talk to about it.

Okay but are we leaving our babies in the room by themselves during daytime naps and just watching the baby monitor when doing things? It feels so wrong leaving them by themselves because the professional advise is to always be in the same room when baby is sleeping, but then how do you get anything done?

Hi everyone,
Is anyone else struggling with sleep? Obviously Iām used to waking up every two hours for a wee during pregnancy but the last two nights, Iāve also had achey legs and just feeling so uncomfortable! I also just cannot sleep, even if I do manage to get comfortable! Itās quite triggering for me as I suffered badly with pp insomnia after my first child, so Iām struggling mentally with it. I also have 2 weeks left at work as a teacher and beginning to think I wonāt make it that far!

Because of his controlling ways, anger and attitude, I specifically left his name off the birth certificate when our son was born. Iām now being threatened heās going to get on the BC and then get 50/50 custody and eventually take my baby off me. His method is to use my mental health against me. I donāt have anything I need medicated for, I suffer anxiety, trauma and OCD and have always managed in my own ways. Iāve brought up 2 older boys on my own because their dad is an addict so I think Iām more than capable to bring up my 3 sons. Apparently the baby isnāt safe with me etc either which has really hurt me. I live for my babies and feel I need to explain myself. I donāt drink, smoke, do any drugs, I donāt have anyone in my home besides family. How could the baby not be safe with me? My children are my entire life šš

My 4 month old has been waking up multiple times in the night and I was simply feeding her back to sleep. I was prepared for this but what's turning out more difficult lately is once she's unlatched herself and gone back to sleep, she wakes up again in 15-20 mins. I then need to either feed her again or rock her back to sleep (she vehemently protests the rocking). Just when I think we are ready to get another small stretch of sleep, she wakes up again for a second feed. I'm pretty sure it can't be difficulty connecting sleep cycle the second time round as the gap is so short. What's happening? Has anyone else gone through this?
She slept through the night before this or woke up once for a quick feed. Send help!
