Hi hi. So I have a consultation with my GP tomorrow to decide whether or not I would require a c-section because of my fibriod. I already kinda just want to do a c-section. I wanted to know from those that have had both, which do you prefer and what are your experiences with both.

If you are planning to have a c-section option because you hope for the fibroid to be removed during child birth, they won’t unfortunately, you can discuss this with your midwife or GP to get more confirmation

Why is the appointment with the GP? Please ask for a referral to the obstetrics team at the hospital you're planning to go to.
They'll need to do scans/see the size and placement of the fibroid, and then they can let you know if it's possible.
I miscarried in august around the 23rd. I tested negative about 3 weeks after. Now it’s October 11th and i just took a test today. i had my period from september 20th to the 26th. idek if it’s possible…

Can anyone please help me advise what to buy for my hospital bag when it comes to maternity pads/knickers? I am very stuck! Not sure obviously whether this will end in vaginal birth or c section, but any recommendations would be very handy!

I had my first scan and baby is looking very healthy so far! (Measuring around 9 weeks) I do have some health problems and considered high risk so it was a big relief to know that so far everything is going okay

Hey, has anyone got pictures of their rooms from LGI labour ward?
I'm making my birthing plan and wondering if I'll sound silly when giving my preferences for environment. For example, I've asked for a dim room with sensory lights if possible. But if its your typical white basic room I won't bother coming across as a primadonna 😅
