Hey mamas so I need to know if I’m in the wrong here.
Me and my partner have been together for nearly 12 years and we had our beautiful son in October last year and got engaged in December.
I’m 29 now and he’s 30 I’ve worked since I was 17 and obviously paid into my pension now, before we had our son he was my beneficiary but last month I changed it to my son without discussing it with him.
He is very upset and feels like I’m “pushing him out” and is also really upset that I didn’t discuss it with him first before changing it. I didnt think it would upset him, I didn’t think I needed to discuss since it’s my money that I’ve worked hard for.
Just to add he’s never had a job, so never paid into a pension so I personally don’t think he has a say
I guess I could understand if he had been paying into a pension and he put me as his beneficiary and I had my son but I’m really struggling to understand why he’s upset with me.
Please tell me if I’m in the wrong or if he is just being really dramatic about it.

The fact that he’s so pissed off you decided what to do with YOUR own money means you probably should’ve removed him as beneficiary long ago.

Sorry yeah you are wrong. You should discuss these types of things with your husband in advance.
He is upset because you made a decision for your family without talking to him. I would be upset too if my husband did that.
Any mums give their 4 month old babies any food like puree or pouches?

At what age is this a reasonable expectation. My daughter is 4 as of August. Shes very smart, but lately we’ve had a horrible time with responsibility, paying attention and respecting boundaries. She is constantly losing things like her beloved toys, and her water bottle, or leaving things in the car then having a crisis because she wants it wherever we are. She is constantly doing the exact thing we tell her brother to stop doing, or not to do then lies about it or smiles like it was a joke. I’ll tell her not to bother her baby sister while she’s asleep or eating, and she will continuously grab her hands or feet while she’s eating and then look me in the eye and tel me she wasn’t. I don’t know what to do anymore..

I’m due to start potty training my daughter (finally) next week! She’s 2.5 years old. And I just need some tips cause I’m so nervous about it.
I’ve got some potty training underwear for her and some potties to put on each room and an extra seat for the toilet.
My house is carpet so I’m dreading this so much.
She used to tell me when we she needed to poo but the past few days she hasn’t?
Are there any tips to help it go smoothly and quickly(hopefully) since I was have a 3 month old to deal with.

My stepdaughter has ODD/ADHD and anxiety, and in the last few months she has become out of control. She has started to steal my 15 month olds diapers and using them at night because “she’s too lazy to get up”. Then hiding them in her room. She has started stealing anything and everything she can. She is in therapy, meets with psychiatry once a month. We are starting in home counseling, and they are recommending when she has anger outbursts to call 988 for a crisis team. Has anyone dealt with the stealing, lying, bathroom issues, misbehaving that comes with ODD and found something that works? Psych says creative punishments, but nothing is working ughhhhhh
