Is it just me or does midwives seem rude? My last 2 kids i had normal doctors that I got to knowing 1 on 1 and were nice this baby I have a bunch of different midwives I have to meet and they seem kinda rude.

They are very against alot of things and seem judgemental kinda and not very talkative nor do they smile much. I feel embarrassed even asking questions. I didnt have a choice of hospital wise and of course my hospital is also 1hr away.

I wouldn’t say mine was rude but she was so unaware. I tried understanding that people make mistakes but the mistakes she made could’ve cause lots of harm. After the first visit with her I asked to book with someone else and ended up seeing mostly doctors since. I do love my most recent midwife though! She’s amazing

Yes 100% they are rude, moody and don't give a crap about you or your own body in the slightest 😤

Yes, horrifically rude from experience and provide misinformation.

Baby stopped moving

I am 39 weeks today and had my last scan this morning and it’s all good. Tonight I’ve noticed for the last hour or so no moving. I’m really scared cos usually he moves all day and night especially at night to the point I can’t sleep. I don’t know if I should wait or go if it’s only been around a hours time?
It says online not to prod and poke or have water cos it won’t mean anything I am sat in bed watching it but I really don’t know what to do!!
My tummy is just completely still. I was and have had Brixton hicks for ages and right now my tummy is rock hard but just nothing moving

My doctors not listening to me

I went to see my family doctor for help. I’m very depressed most days I feel like killing myself I’m so tired of living I just wanna rest. I just want a break. I’m tired I feel like everyone gets taken care of by me and at the end of the day no body would even listen to my cries. Every-time I go in my kitchen I think if I stab myself right now would it all end, or if I go on my balcony the first thing that’ll pop in my head is jump, just close your eyes and jump. I love my kids and honestly the only thing that stops me is I don’t want them to suffer because of my selfishness. I went to my doctor explained everything hd sent me to do blood work and the results came back I have Anemia which I’ve dealt with since I was a teenager he just prescribed me some iron medication and said that’s it. What should I do? I’m so tired.
