I haven't been on any contraception for over 5 years now I have really loved having a hormone free body I had the implant for a long time then took it out during COVID times. I tried the coil over 7 years ago. I'm just starting to date after my separation to my ex husband and I really don't want to have a woops pregnancy if I can try and avoid it. I am using condoms but wanted to know if anyone is on anything that is actually nice on your body.

My mother would never let me go on birth control so I’ve only been pregnant once before in 2017, 10y later we’re having a baby! I literally thought I was infertile, never used any contraception, rarely used condoms. We literally planned the cycle thing down to the day once we were married and it worked on the first shot so I was actually really surprised 🤣 I spent a lot of time convincing my husband that he was infertile as well so LMAO yeah … the cycle thing works.

I liked the nuva ring, I didn’t have to remember to take it every day like the pill, just swap it out once a month. It’s something I can control unlike a IUD or implant

I love my IUD. Get it placed and then I don't have to worry about it for up to 8 years if I don't want to. Got pregnant second cycle after taking my last one out. I've had 2 IUDs -1 for almost 8 years and 1 for about 16 months, I'll be getting another one in just a few weeks until my husband's vasectomy is all clear (I'll probably still keep it for the full 8 years anyway). I've never had any symptoms/side effects with it, and it makes my periods so incredibly light and completely pain free. They've been a wonderful contraceptive for me personally.
Copper IUDs also don't have any hormones, if you're looking to stay hormone free.

We did the pull out method! For YEARS it worked and all my pregnancies were planned or a “if it happens great if don’t great”.
Now I had a partial hysterectomy. Keep the ovaries - 10/10 highly recommended. But I did that after 4 kids when I KNEW I was done!!!
My personal belief it’s not healthy to be on birth control long term due to the hormones. (I also think the BC companies know it can cause infertility & turning around & profiting off the IVF drugs.)
Never tried it but don’t they make female condemns or spermicide lubricants???? No idea on effectiveness or hormone factor.

I love the IUD, I don’t get a period at all. Plus I had one after my daughter then got it removed after about 2.5 years so we could try for a second and after 3 months of it being removed I got pregnant with my twins!

I'm getting the copper IUD put in, ice talked to the doctor and it sounds like a good choice

I know it's safe right up until birth, but girl, there is so much pressure there I feel like a balloon. I have all the desire to be intimate with my husband but as soon as he gets his hands anywhere lower than my belly button I feel like I'm going to burst🥴🥴 is this happening for anyone else or am I ✨quirky✨

So my boyfriend and I recently found out we’re having a baby, I’m almost 10 weeks and things have been extremely rocky. I’m constantly in fear that he’s going to leave so in my anger I always try to leave before he does and that leads to bigger problems. Today we got into an argument because I saw him call a female at 3am the other day & it seems as if other calls in his call log have been deleted. He claims she’s “just an old friend” but I’ve used that excuse in the past (before we were dating, I’ve never cheated on him) In my anger I told him I was done and didn’t want to be with him anymore & that blew up. I immediately regretted it & apologized and tried to reassure him that I really do want us to be a strong parental unit for our child together but now he’s acting like we TRULY need to break up. I feel as though I can’t do this without him & I really don’t want to. Any advice would be appreciated.

I do not want to have sex with my partner. Im just exhausted and it’s starting to affect us! Is there anything I can take to increase it?
