I am so beyond sick and tired of my little ones reflux. He’s 12 weeks and he throws up massive amount of milk after every. Single. Feed! This only started happening about 2 weeks ago. I’ve tried everything- sitting him up, offering small amounts at a time, winding him mid-feed, you name it, I’ve done it all. Anyone else experienced the same with their little one? When does it get better?

Ask your doctor for omeprazole, that really helps.

Yeah my baby was the same and to some extent, still is. It does get better. My baby got better around 3 months but is still kept upright for about 20 to 30 minutes after a feed. Their muscle that keeps milk down just needs to get stronger. Paediatrician assured me they grow out of it but it usually gets worse before it gets better. We were going to try medication but the Paediatrician said long term use can suppress her immune system making her more susceptible to illness so we just toughed it out.

Ours was the same. Puddles as big as my foot. No one was concerned, I went to my family doctor, my son’s paediatrician, 3 feeding assessments, physiotherapy, osteo therapy… you now it, I tried it haha. He ended up just growing out of it. I think solids helped.
I’m 6 weeks PP and at my 6 week check was prescribed rigevidon but I’m exclusively breastfeeding and have just read that you shouldn’t take it while breastfeeding as it reduces your supply
Is this correct? The GP did ask how i was feeding my baby so was aware i was exclusively BF, anyone else taken it while breastfeeding?

I am currently combi feeding but wanting to just go to formula, is it okay for me to completely stop breastfeeding or could I express a couple of time a day and just give him a bottle? I’m unsure on what’s the best way to go about it but I want to try and completely cut out putting him on the breast if possible if I can?

My little girl had her 8 week check up and injections today, she’s spent most of the day asleep but when she is awake she’s just screaming like she’s in pain 😭 it’s absolutely heartbreaking to see, is this normal?!
She’s had calpol and 3 bottles but didn’t drink a lot of them.

My LO is approaching 4 months. I have been considering sleep training, any thoughts or advice? It’s just me and him and I have no support and I really want to get back to sleeping so I don’t spend the whole day tired.

My little girl is 6 months old and needing to move out of her next to me to a cot but she HATES the cot. Any tips or do we just have to wait it out until she gets used to it? She loves sleeping on her side and could hold on to the edge of the next to me but obviously can’t do that in a cot which I think is what’s causing her a lot of upset 🥺
