Pain in the shoulder
Hey everyone!
Anyone experienced shoulder pain during pregnancy?
I’m reading all these things online and I’m starting to freak out as I am not sure if it’s because of training or something more serious. It’s not at the tip of the shoulder and don’t have any bleeding.
My scan is on the 5th of November! I am about 5 weeks ish

If you are having any pains on one side of your lower abdomen I'd definitely go straight to a&e and explain you are 5 weeks along and have symptoms of ectopic pregnancy. If you have any bleeding I'd mention that aswell.
I occasionally get sharp pains in the tip of my shoulder and I'm currently nearly 18 weeks along so definitely have been confirmed non ectopic, so it could be just random pregnancy pains but you never know.
I would also if you don't fancy going to a&e contact your nearest Early Pregnancy Unit and they will want to see you straight away
Contact your early pregnancy unit as shoulder pain in early pregnancy needs checked regardless of if you’re bleeding or not as with an ectopic pregnancy you don’t bleed until your tube ruptures.
Hopefully it’s nothing but best to get checked out to rule anything out

Bed transition
When did you move your baby into their own room? My baby is now 6 months old and this morning I found him on his stomach in his next to me. He can roll both ways but hasn’t got the understanding that he can’t always roll in the direction he wants to. I worry about SIDS with him being on his stomach. I have anxiety about moving him into his own room because I can’t just look over and check he’s ok and breathing. Has anyone else experienced this and when did you move your baby into their room?

Symptoms
I’m currently 36 weeks pregnant and the last couple days I’ve had pain in my hand and knuckles cramps, pins and needles, lock on a morning really bad heartburn but not sure if these are normal or what they could be symptoms of if anyone has had anything similar do I need to get checked out or is this a normal thing

midwife appointment
I have an appointment when ill be 34+6 with my midwife, (aberdeen) does anyone know what to expect ? just wondering if its worth my husband coming along or not... thank you

Time to meet my baby 🩵
Just getting ready to head in for my planned C Section, so excited now to meet our baby boy 🥹
Dropped our toddler off at my sisters last night too and missing her so much but can’t wait for her to be a big sister 🩷

Underwear
Any recommendations for underwear after a c section that you can wear after 6 weeks that aren't ugly and wont irritate scar! Sick of wearing the 'Bridget Jones' knickers.
